Stayed Aug 7, 2025Unit is Close to beach. Staff was Attentive to our requests for missing items in the unit. Beach service would not put two sets of umbrellas and chairs on front row. Need more plastic cups in unit.

Stayed May 25, 2025The condo is right on the beach with the balcony overlooking the water! Plenty of parking on site and gated community for extra security. It waa very easy to communicate to the property managers and they were very thourough and helpful. Condo was clean and very comfortable! We will be returning to 1052 very soon!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Out stay was perfect. It was easy to get into our unit and carts were provide to make hauling our stuff easy. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was quick to get to the beach! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Clean, quiet. Did have an issue with beach chairs. Had us too close to others. No room to even walk between umbrellas. Could not play our music because we felt it might bother someone.
