Absolutely loved the condo. Easy access to the beach. Host was friendly and checked in multiple times on the app to make sure everything was okay.

This is a 2nd floor unit and was easy to access. Parking was available and within close proximity of the unit. The 3rd floor walking was sometimes audible but not too distracting. The location was good- within walking distance to the Tiki Bar, Pier Restaurant - which was fun (fire pits and good food). The beach access was roughly a two block walk. The patio had pool view and the unit cooled very well. We would recommend. There was a thorough checklist provided electronically and on the refridgerator so we did not need to contact the owner about any issues.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The price is great. It’s close to the beach. Everyone was friendly! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay. You can hear the ocean from the balcony, and it really was a short walk to the beach. The unit had all the kitchen equipment, towels, etc, we needed, and the 1.5 bath setup was handy -- one person can be getting ready while somebody else is using the shower. If you are traveling with small children or babies, I would recommend bringing some outlet covers. The opening between the living room and kitchen would also be a good size for a portable baby gate. I would not let babies and small children play on the balcony due to the rails being a little bit far apart, but that's just something to keep in mind. They enjoyed being out there while closely supervised /held by an adult. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay and a comfy home-away-from-home for our family beach adventures!

Mike was easy to communicate with. There was an incident where I was blocked in by another guest (this had nothing to do with Mike) but he answered my questions very quickly regarding how to try to get the vehicle to move. The property was very well maintained. The property was as it was listed. We could see the beach from the porch which was nice. We will visit this property again next time in the area. I had left my iPad in the property and Mike was kind enough to put it in the mail for me

I left a phone message for the owner that I found only one TV remote in the bedroom. None found in the living room. I did not expect him to call me back. Thank you.

Very clean, had all we needed for the weekend. Host was quick to respond. Sofa and mattress somewhat uncomfortable, hence the 4 stars. Shower was great! Newly remodeled with fresh paint. Quiet and plenty of room for two people.

The host, Mike, was excellent to answer my confusion for the lockbox and parking. The beach condo was a ‘home away’ from home! Everything was found in my home away from my real home! Everything define as bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom supplies. Thank you!

After a long day of traveling I went to take a shower and the hot water smelled like the sewer. It then went on to stink up the unit. Glasses were dirty in the cupboard and the bed was very uncomfortable. Paid for 2 nights and left after one. This was my second bad experience with VRBO so I think I'm going to stay away,

It was very clean, perfect for what we needed, close to the beach and the boardwalk - we had so much fun!

Great host and location. Very clean. My only notes are that I wished it was keypad entry instead of a key (just my preference) and that the property sleeps 4 but doesn't really fit 4. If you get good weather and aren't in the rental at all, it's ok. But if you're in the rehab

We loved the condo, it was the huge barking dog, directly below us that we Didn't care for. It barked almost continuously the whole week.

Great property and a fun stay

Upon arrival it wasn't clean. Dirty linens and wet towels on bathroom floor , dirty sinks. Sliding door kept getting stuck then fell of the tracks so it had to be left open for us to go in and out. We couldn't use the water to shower because it smelled like straight sewage . Dead cockroach in the bedroom! For what I paid it was very disappointing.

I loved it! Stayed with first grandchild(1 year old) and his parents. There are stairs so we got exercise. There are now huge rocks so that beach access is not directly across but it is a very nice(short)stroll to the beach access. I really enjoyed having everything we needed for living like we were at home. Very nice!!!

My husband and I arrived around 10:30pm on a Friday. We had a really hard time actually locating the exact condo. Tried to call the numbers listed and received voicemail which is understandable but we never received a call back the entire weekend. We had to use hints from the pictures listed to find the condo. Condo was very clean and in a good location. We enjoyed the weekend and stay.

Very nice, basic kind of place. We did a lot of beach going and shopping here at at Wrightsville so coming back to this condo was nice as it was quiet, the tenants keep to themselves, the parking is very easy. Only downside was the closest beach access is Periwinkle, which is an easy 2 block walk.

Very clean and was sent all the necessary information before check-in. Literally a block and a half from the beach and ocean.

28 steps to get to the condo. Very awkward getting the key from the lockbox. The condo was not clean when we arrived at 4pm. Bed was not made and trash was full, bathroom and kitchen was dirty. We left to go to the beach hoping the cleaning person was running late. We arrived back at the condo at 6 pm and found it the same as we left. We then called the owner and told him the situation and requested our money back. He said give him 10 minutes to get the cleaning person. We waited about 15 minutes and he called back informing us someone would come clean the place. Another 15 minutes there was a knock on the door. Holli the cleaning lady was very nice and she apologized for the condition of the rental. It seems there was a miscommunication from the owner regarding the date. Anyway, she worked like crazy cleaning. She even got down on her hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen floors. She was so good and personable we forgot about the incident. Holli and my wife just hit it off. She even ran down those 28 steps to our car to retrieve items we forgot. She gave her cell number to my wife so we could call her at checkout to help us carry items down to the car. The condo was nice but not for the older folks like us. Those 28 steps ….

The stay was just ok. The place definitely needs some deep cleaning and updating in alot of areas. The ceiling fans and vents had a thick layer of dirt on them and so did the top of the headboard on the bed. the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (it sagged in the middle) and the wifi was extremely slow. The bed was also uncomfortable to sleep on. the location even though it was close to the beach, the access was closed off to the public unless you wanted to climb over a bunch of very large, slippery boulders. The only access where you could bring beach stuff with like a wagon or beach cart was several blocks down the road so we didnt anticipate that. The walls are very thin so you can hear every footstep above you and people opening and closing the sliding glass door all hours of the day. There were several cockroaches on the front patio, but thankfully none inside the place. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed except body wash for the shower. plenty of towels, linens and the washer and dryer was a plus. The A/C was nice.

This was a perfect stay for a long weekend getaway. The porch was a lovely place to catch the corner breeze and even though the building is on Canal St., you can still catch a bit of the ocean between the between the buildings. The place has everything you need, was neat as a pin, plenty of light, will definitely stay here again!

We booked last minute and glad found this place! Michael was extremely easy to communicate with and prompt in response. The condo is not hard to find even late at night. We came in late and had no trouble parking or getting into the condo. It is exactly like pictured, simple cozy and perfect for what we needed. The only hiccup we had was the face beach access directly across from the condo was closed due to erosion probably from the recent storm. The next closest access is on the far side of the pier or a little ways down the road in the other direction. Both directions weren’t too far of a walk! Michael was responsive helping answer any questions he could about it and pointing us in the right direction to find a close access for a great beach day!
