The hot tub hot enough? Lmao even. The hot tub was cold and filthy upon our arrival…we were told that it was refilled every Sunday after we arrived. There was no disclaimer on Vrbo about the hot tub not working on Sundays. We were told it would be hot by 9pm but your maintenance forgot to turn the disconnect switch back on…so in the morning at 920am I went out there and there was a tech testing the ph and chlorine levels. He’s the one that told me the disconnect was off. When we tried to complain to CASS…she told us that another guest had touched the buttons on the hot tub and that must’ve caused the disconnect to trip…no apology no nothing well guess what…I’m an electrician and CASS is not. There is no way that a 24v low voltage control screen can trip a high voltage disconnect it is not possible.. but that’s beside the point this is the fourth trip to Moab I’ve booked that advertised a hot tub and didn’t work. I don’t appreciate being robbed and I don’t think anyone else does either. But to not get an apology for the robbery is another level.

The property was nice. Loved the location a lot. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. The only real issue were the pots and pans which def need to be replaced. Nonstick would be a lot easier I think. But overall a great spot and I would stay there again for sure.

The hot tub was helpful after a full day of hiking!

This property is as advertised in the pictures. Located centrally to everything in Moab. It's a very nice place and if you stay here you won't be disappointed

All was adequate. Very responsive house manager. Property could use a few interior upgrades but beds and showers were good.

We had a great stay. House was cute and comfortable and as described. The only missing thing was washer and dryer but management was great about letting us know where to go for it.

This nice unit in a residential neighborhood of Moab is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We were grateful to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms after a week on the Green River! Cute kitchen and well stocked bathrooms.

Very good for what we were looking for: access to parks and downtown Moab.

Just a few minor issues, one being the small AC unit. Could stand to be upgraded or maybe add more ceiling fans. Also, remote for TV was a little difficult to use. Also some of the dishes were not clean upon check in.

My family and I stayed there for a few days as we toured Arches. We were close to the park and on a cute, quiet street. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My only wish is that there was laundry on site because we had needed it but it didn't end up being a big problem. I would highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family (two adults, two under five) to stay while spending a few days exploring the Moab area. The house was clean, quiet, and conveniently located with respect to downtown Moab, Arches National Park, and Sand Flats. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a great little unit close to downtown. Check in was easy, the place was clean, the hot tub out back was nice. I will stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights with my wife and a 14 and 11 year old. Everything was great, although the pullout sofa was a little rough for my 11 year old son. Hot tub and backyard is shared with 3 other units. Would absolutely stay again.

Great apartment. Great location to local attractions and town. Well equipped kitchen.

The room was ready early, clean and had all the kitchen equipment needed. It’s a short walk to restaurants. The neighbors were quiet. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was ready.

My buddy and I stayed here for a couple nights right before New Years. We had a great time. Place was clean and homey. It was just a few blocks from all the action on Main Street. We enjoyed the little patio and dining area in the back yard as well. Check in and out was incredibly easy. Host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice value. It was in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to the shopping and restaurants in the area.

The house was perfect for a quick night in town. Very clean and close to everything we needed. The bathrooms were perfect for the four of us.

Comfortable bed and clean property. Hot tub is shared with other units so decided not to use that feature. Property had everything we needed to meet short stay needs.

We took a runcation to Moab to run the Arches 1/2 marathon. The place was perfect to be all set to be up early and hydrated. Comfy beds, nice kitchen and two bathrooms made it great for 4 people. Plus the hot tub after the long run is as perfection! Close to down town but quiet at night too.

This charming two bedroom on Rosetree was the perfect location for our stay in Moab. I was impressed that shortly within booking Justin reached out to confirm and let me know what to expect. On the day of our arrival the check-in instructions were sent as soon as the space was ready for us. The location was great, centrally located to downtown Moab. It was clean and stocked with the basics we needed during our stay and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we come back for another excursion.

Very nice property and pretty well kept. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately dealt with by the host. Had to scroll down on the Vrbo website to even find this place and I can’t understand why. Will definitely stay here again if we ever need a place in Moab. Thanks again Justin!

Stayed at the property July 11-19 2024. Very satisfied with all that the property had to offer. Clean, spatious, secluded with privacy fence, walking distance to all attractions in town. Great and prompt communication with owner. Definetly recommended. If ever back to Moab, will try to stay here again.
