Stayed Aug 4, 2024This property was perfect for my husband and I. 10-15 minute walk to the beach, quiet area, and we loved the ease of being able to walk to nearby restaurants. If we come back to Virginia Beach next year, we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022We had a wonderful vacation at Aricas property. Place was very clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. We will be back again next year.

Stayed Aug 2, 2021We had such a wonderful stay at Arica's property. From the start the checking process was simple and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Also, the room was spotless along entering and smelled amazing! We loved everything about it to the full shower to kitchen! Also it close beach access made it perfect for a quick bike ride. 10/10 would stay again!

Stayed May 28, 2021This was a perfect location for me and my fiancé because it was close to the beach and 15 min from the base. It was super quite and it is a good size for 2 people. We had to checkout a bit later than 10am but Arica the host made it work for us. Over all I would stay in any of there condos again.
