This property has 1 parking stall in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.29m (7'6).

This property is pet friendly. Up to 2 small dogs, or 1 medium-sized dog (approx. 45lbs), is permitted.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.

Additional rules

* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the even numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.

* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of such will incur penalties.

    The Settler's Crossing 49 condo was a comfortable place to stay during our visit. The only critical comments would be that the valve on the tub faucet for the shower leaks, and that the kitchen sink tap also has a slight leak. These are minor maintenance matters that should be easily repaired. I especially loved the indoor heated parking!Thanks for having us as your guests.
