Stayed Oct 8, 2022Property was in a good location. Building is dated. Cleanliness of condo could have been better. Found nail clippings on balcony, hair by baseboards etc. Would not stay here again.

Stayed Oct 20, 2022Beautiful property. Was great for a free days with two adults and two kids. Pool was warm and beautiful. Tiki bars ladies were my favorite part! Wonderful personality. Places to explore on the property. Everyone was friendly. Front desk made everything quick and easy and pleasant. Worth the stay!

Stayed Sep 3, 2022A modern, private wifi system would be useful We could not fathom out how the existing system worked with phones. We had a problem with the ac system but it got fixed the same day. Four of the electric sockets around the kitchen did not work, but there were others available and once we figurrd out it was the sockets and not the appliances we were ok. The maintenance people said they would be fixed after we left (as we did not want to have to stay in waiting for the technician to arrive).

Stayed Apr 21, 2026Location is very convenient. Pool is spectacular. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Plenty of parking inside outside. Property is safe and secure, with gated entry. View from the 8th floor is phenomenal.

Stayed Apr 15, 2026Nice condo, located near main attractions, lots of space. It's on a small lake, had a large pool, hot tub and outside area. Not too many rules and expectations on check out. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the pool areas and the exercise room. Balcony is nice for relaxing and catching the sunrise. Looking forward to staying again in the future

Stayed Feb 2, 2026This placed worked out well. I had everything needed. The place is very comfortable and the location is good. The pool is huge and well maintained. The shower curtain in the master bathroom needs to be changed.The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Overall a very nice stay and I would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025When we checked in the facility had not been cleaned- contacted the host she was almost unreachable- any other questions she had poor response time and said there wasn’t anything she could do She did refund a small portion of the stay but not enough to make a difference

Stayed Jun 10, 2025Overall it was a great stay. Pool was great. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from Disneyworld nightly, Short distances to where you wanna go and a beautiful look over the lake. My husband and I really enjoyed the walk on the decks at night. My only complaint would be when we first showed up, the place was dirty from the last tenants. When we arrived the owner replied quickly and got the housekeeper in fairly quick but we had to leave the premises for 2 hours after just getting off a long flight in the afternoon. We did not know the area so we walked around. Which would not have been terrible if it wasn't raining and humid to the point you could barely breathe. Of course coming from Oregon it was an adjustment. Other then that the sink in the bathrooms didn't drain and some outlets didn't work next to the bed. But was still worth it.

Stayed May 10, 2025Great location close to everything - the bedroom needed attention with the ceiling fan, lights and a few of the outlets didn’t work- the master bath sink didn’t drain well- also the other bath had the same issue- but loved the balcony (minus the 70’s music selection lol) and space in the place! We would def stay here again!

Stayed Apr 21, 2025Lovely apartment in a great apartment complex. The blue heron has a lovely big pool, always warm and is open 7-11 so it's open before the Disney parks and open afterwards!The 8th floor is good too because you can see a lot of the Disney resorts from the front door and then from the balcony you can see rocket launches and a great view across lake Bryan.The apartment is a great size for two people. Two bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen and a lounge to chill out in. The balcony is big although we rarely used it.A few things are a bit tired in the apartment but that seems to be normal for apartments in Florida it seems.The bed is massive.All in all a great place to stay when going to Disney and other places.The restaurants are all close by, either a quick walk to our favourites like Bahama Breeze, or a quick uber to others like Longhorns, Chili's and Miller's.Lots of parking too.
