Seawind 1102 by Liquid Life

The deadbolt on the door would not lock. The property manager was notified multiple days we needed it fixed and no one ever called or came. They finally called today to get in to fix it- two days after we left. We had to barricade the door with chairs at night to feel remotely safe during our stay.The paper towels, trash bags, soap is very minimal in what was provided. Two chairs were broken on the balcony as well as the sliding shower door - which both of these things were broken in a review earlier and never fixed and were hazards for our little kids. We have never stayed anywhere and been this disappointed with the place.

Location/condo was great! Only suggestion is to get a different trash can as the foot pedal on the current trash can is very frustrating to use.

Everything from check-in to check out was seamless. I did take pictures of a broken chair on the deck and the shower door in the master bathroom that was off track when we arrived so that I wouldn't be charged for any damages. Lovely stay and my grandchildred loved the pools!

Very clean, easy check in/check out process, very spacious & perfect for families

Perfect views, comfortable beds and furniture, clean and pleasant. Kids liked that the main pool was deep while the shallow water was reserved for the kiddie pool. We were also pleasantly surprised that the condo had beach chairs, toys, floaties and umbrellas that we could grab to use on the beach. It was also convenient that the banana boat rides had a dock right on the beach to Seawinds! The provided carts to help get gear/groceries up to our condo was a plus. The only suggestions we had was the garbage can was hard to open with such a small foot peddle and that the pools closed when it rained, though I’m sure that’s a safety issue, especially since there was some lightning.

Condo was exactly as expected. Short walk to the beach. Splash pad/kiddie pool was perfect for the grands (ages 3 and 4). Easy check in using keypad.

Had a great stay! Whatever issues we had the staff were quick to respond, which is all you can ask for. Great communication, great location. Parking spaces are TIGHT in the parking garage so if you're driving a large vehicle then just park outside. Would definitely stay again!

We had no issues with our stay. Place was clean, the property manager was a great communicator.

Once the outside updates are completed this is a great spot. Nice pool but could not use it due to construction. The unit itself was great and in great order had everything we needed. I would recommend it post construction.

Check-in was a little sketchy since our code didn’t initially work and we couldn’t check in until right after 4pm. Other than that it’s a great location, super nice condo/facility, amenities; The only issue we had was the elevator being super slow for everyone.

We had a lovely time and the Seawind resort is a favorite. There were 7 of us. Plenty of kitchen supplies available. No salt pepper or condiments were in so plan to pick some up somewhere. There was a blender that was not on the appliance list so that was a pleasant surprise. Thermostat does not set lower than 68 degrees which was ok for us. If you prefer it cooler you may not like it.

Was a great condo, only issues we had was the elevator not working, and the mattresses was uncomfortable. Will recommend to other people.

The view from balcony was great. Distance to shops were great
