Stayed Dec 2, 2025The host keep us informed. The house is nice, but could use some updating. Nice area. Nice pool. No restrooms . Down stairs. You have to go back to your room. Good exercise.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Very clean and had plenty of towels & kitchen tools. The condo & furniture was worn in many spots but still usable. Lots of seaweed was raked and piled up blocking the beach. Worst part was the building manager (not the rental co.), without asking first, took inappropriate pictures of our girls while they were half asleep laying on lounge chairs at the pool. When I went down to ask her about it she said it was because they’ve had a problem with people using to the pool that don’t belong there. She took the pictures so she could call the sheriff and show them who to remove from the pool. She did all this before even asking the girls if they were registered renters. This could have been avoided if she just asked, distribute wristbands or use locks on the pool gates.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023The booking, staying and exiting was seamless. The condo had everything you might need or want! It was clean, right on the beach with a screened in lanai. The pool was a great temperature and there were 2 charcoal grills near the tiki hut. Only an hour away from Key West so made for a great day trip. Our husbands fished from the shore every day!! Only 1 thing that was a bummer is the older man above is super noisy from 11:30pm until about 4am . He showered at 3:00am and we don’t know if he was moving furniture every night or using a cane. We did mention this to Stephanie the mgr. Other than him, what a great bunch of people come down every year at this time and they were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The guys fished with a few of them and us ladies spent time in and out of the pool talking to them ?

Stayed Apr 9, 2022Nice, quiet and clean location right on one of the few beaches on the Keys. Oceanfront view is great. The home is very comfortable and should have everything one needs for a great vacation.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021This is a great vacation rental unit. Pretty much everything was per the listing. (The only discrepancy would be dining area seating; we had 4 seats. Since only 4 people were listed on the reservation, maybe the extra chairs were stored). All appliances worked well. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The sheets and towels were comfortable and not cheap/worn/scratchy. Cable TV and wifi were always available. The property is very nice. It is an excellent oceanfront location with great views. The elevator was clean and in good working condition. Parking was never a problem. The pool was clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. The beach was cleaned regularly. We like to make a lot of excursions, so this central location on the Keys was ideal. This seemed like one of the best units in the complex. About half the balconies are screened (this one is). Only a few units have fans on the balcony (this one does). The rental management company was outstanding. They were incredibly fast and responsive to my questions. They communicated all essential information. The supplied guidebook covered all details of arrival, departure, and recommendations for the area. We weren't disappointed with any of the recommendations we followed for restaurants. Our vacation was delayed due to COVID-19 and I was really happy with how the delay was managed. There is very little negative to say. Inside the propery, it would be nice to have a huge TV (48 or larger) in the living room. The beach/ocean had a lot of seaweed, but that is pretty typical at most beaches in the Keys. If I was to make a return visit to the Keys, I would definitely look for availability at this unit first.

Stayed Feb 6, 2021This place was awesome. Very very clean. Quiet. The perfect location for our family of four. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is the bedroom for the kids had a weird mildewy smell. So they slept on the pull out couch. But otherwise the place was perfect. Very very clean. We told the property manager about the smell and they were very prompt in responding to us. I would go back in a heartbeat.
