Seaside Sunrises: Your Oceanfront Escape

Fantastic location, so quiet, right on the beach with excellent views. Third floor, so we kept the balcony slider open the entire time we were there. It's a bit dated in terms of decor, but absolutely spotless and well kept. Having beach towels and chairs on hand meant not having to worry about flying in, would be great to have a small beach umbrella on hand as well. Kitchen had everything needed, and even supplied coffee! Jacksonville airport an easy 30-minute drive, recommend renting a car as you really will need it to get around. Highly recommend, and would like to return!

Overall the stay was great. The view from the unit is fabulous. Access to the pool and beach is easy. Parking is so convenient and the carts provided to haul groceries, etc. is such a plus. We appreciated being able to get in a bit early since we had arrived at 10 am. Perhaps it was because they hurried but there was sticky red goo on the fridge shelves. The bedspread on the guest bed is filthy. I swept the entire place and filled the dustpan before we moved in. The sliding door is so hard to open that you can't close it once you're outside and don't have a handle! The remote is missing the battery cover (mentioning so you don't blame us!) For the.same reason, mentioning there is a hole in the wall behind the guest bedroom door. I know renters can be hard on a place but the place could use some tlc. The caulking on the master bathroom shower bench is horrible. And finally, I found it very disconcerting to feel the disintegration of the concrete floor under the laminate flooring, especially in the hallway outside the master bath.

We enjoyed our stay here. It had a wonderful view, and was minutes away from everything. The condo was quiet, and very clean. We would highly recommend, and would stay here again!

We loved the location. Very convenient to everything. There was a hiccup with the ice maker however SBV was on it. They had someone replace it the day we arrived. The building could use some sprucing up but you get what you pay for and price was reasonable. The primary's mattress slept very nicely. We would stay here again.

Close to restaurants, attractions, downtown. Well equipped except for ice cream/cereal/soup bowls. Quiet condo; few people there in early Feb. Several activities listed in the elevator for anyone who would like to join - mahjong, Super Bowl party, golf, etc. Books, puzzles, games in condo. Comfortable beds. Amelia Community Theater's Rumors production was very entertaining & funny, close to professional.

This property looks very nice from the pictures. The beds are not as all pictured and had very little bedding on them. The place is nice but very plain. If you are looking for a little more luxury, then choose somewhere else. We also had a child above us that was up and running at 7:00am and going until 2:00am and you could hear every bit of that. We brought our own pillows (thankfully) because the ones there were quite old. The kitchen is very dated and does not have a lot of extras. Basically, it was a crash pad that had good beds at least but we would not stay here again.

We’ve been here 2 years in a row and the customer service and quality of the condo is always great. Location is perfect. We personally loved M3 because it’s on the 3rd floor so it’s convenient to the stairs but you have a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean. This is our annual family vacation spot for sure. Love the discounts we get on beach chairs/umbrella rental with SBV.

Great vacation! Condo was beautiful, right I. The beach. Check in quick and easy. Area was perfect, we enjoyed several restaurants in the Fernandina beach area, cute downtown.
