Seaside Sunrises & Sound of Waves : Family Oasis

Totally needs updated. Furniture looks rundown and bathrooms were visably dirty. Varnish on dining table surface is worn off. Sliding door track was chipped, corroded and dirty. Paint around sliding door frame was also chipped. Curtains did not fit well on the door and dragged on the floor causing bottoms to be dirty. Dishwasher was not anchored well and tipped out and down. Inside was chipped with black spots and the control knob kept falling off. Oven needed a good cleaning and inside of the bottom drawer was very rusted. Place was very humid and damp. I called the management company who responded to my concerns. They sent the cleaners who cleaned the bathrooms. They also sent maintenance who brought us a dehumidifier which we used and emptied everyday. I actually wanted a different condo but that was not possible. I asked if the owners were made aware of the condition of the condo. If they were they did not reach out to me.The view from the balcony is a side view which means you see the side of the house next door with a partial view of the ocean. The washer/dryer combination works very well. The boardwalk to the beach is very convenient. The location is very close to downtown and many restaurants. I have stayed at comparably priced condos in Clearwater, Siesta Key and Hilton Head and had a much better experience. I will not stay in this condo again when I visit Fernandina Beach.

Our annual choice to stay. We love the convenient close pool and connecting boardwalk to the beach. Most of the time we feel as though we have the place to ourselves. Very clean, amazing staff. It's always so quiet and weve met some wonderful guest. We've stayed in several of the 3 bedroom units. They are all amazing. Already looking forward to next year. We remain 100% satisfied.

It was clean. Great boardwalk access to the beach. Outside shower to clean up and very nice pool. We had a blast

Perfect location along the beach with great beach access and plenty of parking. Checking in & out was a breeze and communication was superb. Easy to access. The unit was just OK. It needs an upgrade of the cabinets & vanities. Plenty of TVs & nice balcony although it’s a side view of the ocean. Furniture was a bit banged up & unit needs a deep clean of furniture, grout, kitchen cabinets, and slider tracks. Gently suggest more games, puzzles & a Keurig coffee machine.

This was perfect for our trip. Was everything we were looking for!

The Ketch Courtyard is a marvelous location beach front, pool and plenty of space and activities (books, games, beach chairs, cookware etc) Why it wasnt 5 star across the board stay1. the “digital guidebook book” was mentioned numerous times but we finally could access it, via QR code that was on the fridge at the unit only. The code was not in any emails Made packing and planning for coffee/meals a little more challenging.2. Towels were under the sink so were a little hard to find. Maybe it was in the guidebook or supposed to be intuitive but we looked everywhere!

Well appointed rooms with an ocean view from the living room and balcony. Private access to the beach. Courteous, helpful staff.

It wasn't really up to our expectations. It was adequate to sleep and stay for our stay.

Condo was spacious. Clean. Conveniently located.

We chose this property over several others based on the location. Right on the beach and so close to restaurants and things to do. The main drag is also close by for shopping and groceries. We really enjoyed staying here!

Plenty of room for six adults. Condo was clean and the staff was willing to help in anyway, even helped secure parking for our boat. Communication was great.
