- Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction, building projects, and community improvements. While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    Mold, not hardly enough kitchen stuff to use to cook, place smelt like straight smoke when we came in, door locks didn’t work that was a fight to hell, that grip thing in the shower was absolutely gross, not enough extra linens. Pillows were by far the worst I’ve ever slept on out of town.

    Almost excellent! The room and location were 5 stars but, we didn't get our towel allotment until the third day of our stay; after a couple phone calls and texts.. so, a minor but irratating issue. Would we stay there again? Surely!

    A few things that may have been overlooked if our privacy was not violated.. Towels- one per person and one washcloth for all 4 people for 4 days- not enough. There was also only one dish towel in the kitchen and NO hand towel in the bathroom. A lot of Knick knacks around that were dusty and not clean.Dishes in the cabinets are also not properly washed.Door is difficult to open.No salt and pepper or seasoning in kitchen- bring your own .I received a voicemail on the first full day of our stay letting us know the owner forgot an item behind and if they could enter the property.I called back and had to leave a message with management letting them know that my grandmother was not feeling well and is occupying the home. I let them know I am up the street and I could call them when we return, also stated the best way to reach me is via text as I was in an art studio. I did mention that if the forgotten item was in the front closet (its the locked owners or cleaners closet) then it would not be a problem. when we returned home that afternoon, grandmother stated that a man had entered the home without knocking or waiting for a response , proceeded to look in all the beds for a laptop that was left behind.This was very disturbing for an older woman, as well as us when we returned. I have not received a call back from the voicemail I left, nor an apology.Very disappointed in how this was done, and the lack of response/communication .Unacceptable.

    Clean, full stocked except towel. 1 towel per person for a week wasn't enough. The noise level at night was excessive but its out of owners hands. Over all i would recommend it.
