SEASIDE ESCAPE ON ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH - WHERE OLD IS NEW AGAIN!!!

Great location. The host was prompt to respond. The property was not clean upon arrival, we provided pictures to the host, she offered to have it cleaned again. We decided to do it ourselves to our standards. The host refunded the cleaning fee. The complex is qell maintained, but the condo itself is in need of serious upgrade.

Our family spent a nice week at this condo, with great proximity to the beach and 2 pools, terrific air conditioning, and comfortable bedding. The location is really good, with stores and restaurants and other amenities nearby, and quick access to the ocean. There were some outdated features that could use some updating, but I gave feedback to the owner as we checked out, and she told me those things were already on her list to address in the next month or two (needs new dishes, some paint touch up, and some other minor cosmetic things.). Overall a very comfortable place to stay, and first floor location within the complex made it easy to move in and out with luggage and groceries and stuff.

This condo has wonderful access to a beautful beach. Shells, white sand and sunrises are just some of the positives. Great walking beach. Pretty courtyard even though restoration is taking place now. The owners were very kind, good communicators and very helpful.

This was our third year in the complex and because of its location we have been very satisfied here. It is close to area attractions and restaurants and right on the ocean. If you enjoy tennis it is the perfect spot. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and was easy to communicate with.

The condo was nice and comfy except the TV in the living room wasn’t working , the construction was really load and it went on all day , the parking lot stayed flooded the whole time . It was a wet rainy week but we had fun , relaxing and napping . Thanks for sharing your home with us .

We came to St. Augustine to tour Flagler college and found this condo to be in a wonderful location. It was my family of 4 and the space worked out perfectly. Great option when visiting.

Perfect for a beach condo.

Great unit! Clean, well provided, and perfectly positioned. Access to pool and beach are perfect. Property owner was gracious and willing to accommodate our request. This was by far one of our best finds on Vrbo! It was an amazing trip and the unit made it so. Just a great place to stay. We will certainly look to stay here again. Most excellent place.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. We loved the condo. We felt safe too. We had four adults and it was perfect. We give it four thumbs up! A very short and easy walk to the beach. The unit provided some beach chairs. Very beautiful sunrises. There are 2 good sized pools so there's plenty of room and chairs. If we ever come back to St Augustine, we would definitely stay here again. Lorraine the host was wonderful and communicates well with you, especially if you're lost at night upon arrival during heavy rain. The rain didn't t last long but it was a whopper and lorraine was patient guiding us to the unit. Thanks Lorraine! Cheers!

Wonderful location, beautiful beach, and beautifully maintained landscaping of property. A quiet, relaxing stay. Highly recommend.
