Welcome to Seacoast Villa 6! This ocean view villa sleeps 6 and offers gorgeous, unobstructed views. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from this condo. The unbeatable location is across the street from the ocean, and just 1.5 blocks to downtown Folly Beach, with all the cozy shops and restaurants.

This villa features an open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining room and cozy living room with plenty of sitting space for entertainment. The living room opens to ocean view balcony view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 and there are additional 4 bar stools around the kitchen bar. The Main Bedroom offers a private access to the balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom offers access to a private full bathroom and closet.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Free parking is available with one spot under the building an open parking in the lot.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
An elevator is available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
Pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

    The condo has a great layout, and lovely balcony that overlooks the ocean. Property was clean and tidy. Beach access is directly across from the unit, and it’s an easy walk into town. Would def return!

    This was an awesome condo! Great location with easy access and great view of the beach. Quick and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was only a 25 minute drive to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again!

    This property is all about the view. Perfectly situated at the end of a street but close enough to the main drag that it's a quick walk. Furnished as a beach condo would be, you're not afraid to sit down and be comfortable.The two things I would look into changing are the primary bedroom matress as it felt like it had some miles on it and the dishes being cleaner. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Though I do not wish to create a situation where this unit becomes too popular to secure a booking, I cannot bring myself to deny praise where it is due. The location, layout and quality of this condo was ideal for my family of 4 which includes a 1 year old and 3 year old. With the assistance of an all terrain wagon and the on site elevator we easily made it to the beach each day with everything we needed in a single trip. There’s no private walk out to the beach, with how close the beach access point is to the condo, it certainly feels like a private/attached access. Having an in-house laundry room was such a luxury. We loved our day and no small part thanks to the wonderful lodging.

    Our unit was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. Proximity to town was perfect…a 5Min walk. Beach entrance 100’…no effort to go back to condo if something forgotten. Parking was a breeze. Best feature is good size balcony with excellent ocean view. MyOceanRental great coordinator/communicator. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

    The Seacoast Villa was within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Also, had a great view of the ocean. The location was close enough to travel to Charleston to visit part of the day and then back to enjoy the beach.

    This condo was great for our family of four. Having the ocean right outside the balcony was awesome! We loved sitting out there and enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves. There was plenty of space for all of us including 3 separate bathrooms, which we loved. The location was great! So close to the pier and everything along the main drag in Folly. The hosts were very easy to communicate with via text message. They quickly sent over maintenance when we had a minor issue and it was fixed with minimal inconvenience. Five star ocean view condo! If we make it back to Folly Beach we would definitely stay here again.

    Parking SUV challenging in assigned slot. Master B/R Sink water pressure low and left sink fixture very loose. These are minor issues. We would reserve this unit again!! We enjoyed our stay and the view was fabulous.

    Very much enjoyed my week long getaway to the Seacoast Villa 6 as everything was as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. I was even contacted, made aware of a local city issue outside of the owner's control, and amended to ensure I had the best possible experience. This is on the top of my list of places to revisit next year if able, and I would recommend to anyone! (already have). Great location to beach access, walking to distance to restaurants & pier as well.

    Loved the condo! Kids were happy to have their own space and porch was perfect. Once we found our way around, everything was easy! Has everything you need for beach including chairs! Parking underneath is tight if you have a large vehicle.

    We had a wonderful time; however, I do have 2 complaints. Maybe when stating the rules, ask anyone upstairs to be mindful of the people downstairs. The whole week all we heard was stomping back and forth all day. Even around bedtime. It was very distracting. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen. I want to say the condo was great and the view magnificent! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
