Seacoast 2 - Folly Happy - Ocean Views - 2 Blocks from Center Street

The condo was in a great location. In walking distance to the restaurants, shops and pier. Has a great view of the ocean. Loved the fun decor! The space was inviting, comfortable with a lot of room to move around.The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Loved everything about the location, walked everywhere for most of our trip. Condo seemed bigger than in photos listed which was a pleasant surprise! Would love to revisit.

Property was absolutely beautiful!Decor was tropical, whimsical and elegant.Neighbors above us were noisy... stomping across the floors until 3am. No verbal noise, just constant stomping, and they had a dog, that woke me up by its barking.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice size space for family of 5. Great location! Close to beach, view of beach, and can walk to anything downtown. Great start up amenities that were greatly appreciated! Would stay here again!

One of our best weeks in Folly! The property was as listed, very clean and convenient to the local restaurants. Loved that you are only steps from the beach! Absolutely no complaints! We would definitely stay again! My only suggestion is new mattresses in the future would be a plus!

Great beach view, cute and spacious condo!

The beach house was clean, comfy and very well appointed. The view is spectacular. Walkable to town footsteps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this lovely home.

Great ocean view and within walking distance to many restaurants. The unit is very clean and well designed. We would stay hear again.The only issue we had were people above us seemed to drag chairs around the room and started stomping around about 6:00 AM every morning. It was a good thing we were normally already awake.

We had a wonderful time. Ocean view. Only steps away from beach. Downtown restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Definitely would stay here again.

We were only staying a few days to see my son who is in Charleston. This place was perfect! Very clean, beautiful views of the ocean, great location, beach is right there and you can walk to all the restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Communication was fantastic, every step of the way. Highly recommend this for families, friends, etc. Place was perfect and peaceful! If we come back to Folly I would definitely book this again. Thank you!

The description of the unit was accurate. The ocean view was great and there was easy access to the beach and Center Street with all its attractions. Folly Beach is a gem,and the support from MyOceanrental and the owner was was excellent.

We traveled to Folly Beach with our family in Jan 2024. This condo is exactly as shown on the listing. The cleanest condo we have ever stayed in, not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, it was truly spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, and had plenty of bath linens. There is plenty of room for a family of 4-6 people. Great views from the balcony of the beach, with two public beach entrances within 20 ft of the condo. We walked maybe 3 blocks to restaurants and shops and the pier. Having a reserved parking space is a huge benefit since parking on the street can be risky. Definitely will return in the future.

This was our first family vacation after 4 years of constant work and schedule conflicts. This was the perfect place with plenty of room for our family of 6. The decor was cheerfully bright and the location couldn’t be better! Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!

Great location and view. Easy walk to beach & restaurants. Loved the balcony. Only suggestion to the owners: really need some towel bars and more towel hooks added. The hall bathroom had no place for bath towels. This would help protect your furniture from inconsiderate guests draping wet things on furniture and beds.

This is a very spacious and clean condo in an amazing location! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again! My only recommendation is if you plan to cook a lot to bring extra fry pans as there was only 1med and 1 small available.

The property was exactly what we were looking for: very close proximity to the beach, clean, and the property manager was responsive. We had a little snafu trying to get in the condo, but it was quickly rectified, and we had an amazing time!

The house was very clean and the view was unbeatable. We spent many hours on the porch watching the waves. Everything was within walking distance. Great vacation and we would rent this house again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time, and this condo is a great location. All the restaurants and shops are in walking distance, so we never had to move the car. The rental company was very responsive to any needs. When my parents first arrived, the door code did not work. The rental company responded right away to my parent’s phone call and got everything sorted out.

The condo was amazing! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The view of the ocean is amazing. The location was perfect - we could walk to everything! We definitely will stay here again!

The property was clean and very well-decorated. Beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Three minute walk to the beach, and about a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants. The property managers were courteous and checked in multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. It was a very relaxing trip for three mommas who needed some peace and relaxation. I highly recommend this place!
