Seabatical at The Gulf Tower, Beautiful Beachfront Condo

We have stayed at The Gulf Tower before. First time in this condo. By far one of the best in the complex. We will book again.

We come to Gulf Shores every summer for our vacation. This was our first time staying at the golf tower and it was fantastic! The ease and speed of getting an elevator, the availability of parking, the fantastic pool and this particular unit were just awesome. 10 out of 10!

I really had to think about this review before I left it. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again. You couldn’t ask for a better location. From being directly on the beach, to being a mile to the lagoon one way, and a mile to 59 the other, it was wonderful! Aside from the unit needing some updates(bathrooms) and little notes around the unit saying “please don’t use/broken”, the unit was nice. We really enjoyed the balcony, and the dual sliding doors.What kind of left a bad taste in our mouths didn’t have anything to do with the actual unit, but more the complex itself. It seems as though there are so many rules to abide by, but when it comes down to it, nothing is enforced. While the complex was one of the quieter ones we’ve stayed at, the pool area became a joke. A family of 15 took over the entire pool by playing football for the week, being less than mindful of other guests. Another family(older adults), blared music and failed to watch their child, who ended up dumping my full drink onto my phone. Later on when I spoke with security, letting him know of a paper lantern that had landed between buildings and caught fire, he laughed. I informed him someone from that building put it out, and his response was “happens all the time”. Security at this complex is useless. At one point he asked a family to turn their music up even louder(9-930pm) because it was a good song. There is a big lack of respect in the pool area not only by guests, but by security as well.

Nice place. The sunroom was an awesome addition!!

While the place was clean and close to beach, it was mentioned to owners to let renters know about pool being closed for repairs one month prior to stay, the caretaker Jill did not communicate this with me until day of arrival. So no pool for 4 days of visit and waves to choppy to enjoy swimming in gulf. When told of this the only reply was a 50 credit? Even the other tenants who knows Jill said it was not adequate. She never responded. But it is a nice place. Well kept exterior. Friendly tenants.

Perfect stay. This is our favorite condo.

Our family enjoyed our first stay in Gulf Shores and the Seabatical property was both comfortable and convenient. It had all the amenities we needed and access to the pool and the beach was perfect. Watching the dolphins swim by from the balcony every morning was incredible. Jill was extremely responsive and helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful and quiet 7th floor condo with an amazing view. Close to restaurants and activities. Loved having the pool for times when the jellyfish were active:) Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a great week at the gulf tower. The room was very clean right on the water with a great pool. Its easy in and out overall we loved it and would recommend staying there.

We always enjoy a stay at Seabatical. The condo is furnished with anything you might have forgotten. The ease of checking in and checking out is wonderful. The facilities and beach are clean. It's a wonderful getaway!!!

This property was perfect !!!! Clean and convenient to surrounding venues and restaurants!!! The property manager is very quick to help with any issues that may occur during your stay. I highly recommend this place and any at this location!!!!

Property is close to everything you want! 7th floor balcony over looking the Gulf is priceless. Highly recommended for a family to stay here.
