    The management company was very efficient and helpful. We had no correspondence with the host. The unit was in really good shape and the location was great.

    When we arrived, we began to bring our luggage and supplies into the unit. While doing so, a real estate agent showed up and told us she needed to do a video of the apartment for the new buyers. She said she didn't know it was rented out and that we shouldn't be entering until 4 pm anyway. I looked at my watch, and it was 4:14 PM. In any case, we accomodated her and moved all of our things back out into the breezeway until she was done. The unit itself was nicely kept and did not have any mold or mildew smell, which was a plus. Stores were conveniently right across the road.

    great location and view (right on the beach and across the street from Publix), owner was very helpful and quick to respond. second bedroom was small and twin size beds not comfortable, appliance where a bit outdated and fridge water did not work properly. I would recommend this location/unit based on price and location.
