Stayed Apr 29, 2021Very well located, on the beach, two good restaurants in walking distance. Very near the State Park (Fort). Rental for beach equipment is available.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025My husband and I stayed here in June and had an awesome time. It was our first time to Amelia Island and the location was perfect to visit the beach and enjoy downtown. The unit had everything we needed and communication throughout the whole process was great.

Stayed Nov 30, 2024My husband booked the first week of December to celebrate my 61st birthday. Beautiful (chilly) weather, delicious food, wonderful accommodations and friendly people everywhere we went. This is our 23rd year visiting the island since our Honeymoon and we keep coming back. Just a few more years before we plan on retiring in AI. Thank you to our amazing host! Our room was absolutely perfect. Here’s to a fabulous 2025.
