The living room has acrisp clean modern design with a comfortable sofa, a TV, a private sea view balcony with furniture for your afternoon tea. Special designed ambient to create cozy & romantic feel for interior. There is also a DVD player for your visual pleasure.

The 3 bedrooms will sleep up to 5 comfortably. Master room is beautifully upgraded with a queen sized bedding with its own full bathroom. We provide quality linens and upscale décor.The bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bathroom is a walk-in shower with King bed. Kitchen has all appliances as well as a full compliment of house wares need for your stay.

There is a convenience store in the complex that stocks the basics.

Rates are INCLUSIVE of water, electricity (with max cap), use of air-conditioning and bedlinen. Details please refer to 'House Rules'.

The condo is known for its peacefulness, well-maintain and huge swimming pool. It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)”. The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.

The beautiful pool is steps from your door and is a great place to spend the day. You’ll be right across the street from the beach, a short 5-8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi.

Interaction with guests

As host staying within the same complex, MY husband, Leslie and myself will be always around to help. We can reach by cell phone, text, what s ap, we_chat, facebuk and e mail. Please do not hesitate to contact us for information and assistance during your stay. We would be glad to consider full-filling your requirement even though it is not within our list as long as we think it is a reasonable request. It's part of my job to ensure you have a pleasant stay.


Please let me know your check in times soon after you book, for planning ease. I'm generally flexible with check-in and check-out times but if there is a back-to-back booking, then do note that the standard 12pm check out time and 4pm check in will apply.

Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.

Silent, peaceful, helpful and friendly condo staffs. Lovely neighbourhood from Australia, UK, US, Japan etc.

Getting around

For travellers planning to tour the island by public transport, bus stops are just right across the street by the beach (5-8 min walk). Take the east bound Bus 102 to get to Georgetown, the Unesco World Heritage site plus the delights of little india & chinatown. The west bound Bus 101/102 brings you to Batu Ferringhi tourist central famous for its water sports in the morning, and street market, restaurants, bars, pubs at night. All destinations are within 10-15 minutes drive.

For travellers who prefer the convenience of taxi, you can book one by phone to pick you up right at your unit lobby just few steps away from your door.

Other things to note

This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! There is a small convenience shop in the complex selling groceries and food.


The condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9.
