Sea Side Paradise 2 BR- Ocean front- ocean view -pool

After a 5 year absence, we were concerned that the island would not be the same. Of course, after the hurricane, some places are no longer there but many have rebuilt and are better than ever. The restaurants are still great and this property is excellent. We definitely will be back soon.

Very peaceful and quiet. Moune was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed on our arrival and didn’t interrupt our vacation unless we needed something. House was clean and neat and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Only have to walk through a gate and you were on the beach. AWESOME vacation. Thank you!!!

We were looking forward the pool, but it was out of service due to the hurricane. We liked washer, but felt the drying rack, versus a an actual drier, was insufficient. With lower unit in the process of being rehabilated from the hurricane, workers made considerable noise which penetrated the building during times that were more private.

The villa is on a quiet street in Orient Village and overlooks the beach. The unit is on the second floor and one of the bedrooms is upstairs. There are two showers, two toilets and a fully equipped kitchen, including a clothes washer and a drying rack. We were a family of four and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The beds were very comfortable, and we were provided plenty of nice, thick towels. We loved that we could walk to the beach and to the village for dinner. We hope to return next year and stay in the same unit .

First, I have to say Moune at Sochicvillas is an absolute angel! She took care of every thing! What a gem! She met us at the apartment and checked us in. This beach-side, two-story duplex apartment was spacious, fully-equipped, had high ceilings and was very comfortable. It is in a GREAT location! You can walk to Orient Village with all its' restaurants and shops. When you climb the steps and enter the first floor of the unit, you will find a large living room with a big screen TV, sofa, chairs and coffee table; a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and washing machine; a large covered outdoor patio/terrace with dining for six and a fabulous view of the ocean; a bedroom with a king size bed with partial on-suite bath (shower and sink), and separate toilet room is off the entry. Climb the stairs to the second floor and find an enormous master suite with king size bed, magnificent ocean view from the window and, across the hall, an enormous master bath with shower, double sinks and toilet. There is a safe in the master closet. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. While the living room and kitchen area have no a/c, there are ceiling fans that work great. We never felt like it was too hot. In fact, we often opened the sliding glass doors off the covered outdoor patio/terrace to let the ocean breezes in and hear the sound of the surf. Hurrican Irma did damage to the pool and landscaping which were being worked on but were not accessible during our visit. We didn't stay in this lovely, large property for our entire visit due to the fact that the roofers began working a few days after we checked in. Moune was so thoughtful and helpful and moved us to a place where there wasn't any construction noise. By next year, the work at this property will be complete. There will be a new roof, a beautiful community pool and lovely landscaping. You will be able to walk by the pool and to the beach. We highly recommend this property and Moune. .

We had a lovely time and a great stay! The condo was perfect, very clean and everything you need, a small kitchen with cooking supplies, small fridge, microwave, coffee/epresso machine, etc. We were even provided with clean towels mid stay so even though there was a washer/dryer I didn't have to use it!! We went to sleep and woke up hearing the waves crash to the shore... The view from the deck was spectular! There was no better place to be then on Orient Beach. We could walk to the shops, grocery stores, restaurants. One of the best beaches on the island by far. Everyone was extremely friendly as well. We made many friends that we will keep in touch with and meet again next year!!

I had a very good surprise when I arrived because I didn't understand that the appartment was just near the sea and the swimming pool. It was really totally equipted and very nice. I think the price is cheap for a so nice appartment. We had a very good stay and we'll come back soon.
