Sea Side Paradise is a 2 bedrooms duplex,located in the heart of Orient beach, ocean front and ocean view.
You cross the pool area and you are on the beach, exactly at Kakao beach.
The Village square is 2 mn walk : you will find there 7 good restaurants, 2 french bakeries, a small supermarket with French wines, biers, rhum... and small shops.

On the first level :

- Living room open on the terrace, with outdoor dining area and outdoor lounge
Satellite TV with US channels + Netflix, free WIFI

    Our second stay at SS9 and our fourth in Orient Bay. Great location - 3 minute walk to village shops and restaurants. Upstairs unit has spacious sea view balcony with fan, is comfortable and well equipped - kitchen utensils, beach towels, good AC, water filter on frig dispenser is a big help. Coupons for free chair rental with lunch purchase at various beach clubs. Good Morning Cafe for breakfast and lunch and pastries. Great restaurants also in Grand Case - La Villa has wonderful food and great service. Moune and Dominick are great for communication and assistance via WhatsApp.

    Our 3rd stay in Orient Bay and we loved Sea Side 9. We especially liked the location, the spacious second story main bedroom with exposed beam ceiling and the corner balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking including spices and frig with filtered water - no bottled water is a big plus. Short walk to village and beach. We rented a car again - get a paper map as GPS is lacking. 30 minute drive to condo on Sunday but over 1 hour return to airport on Saturday with stop and go via Marigot - only one main road. Dinner at La Villa in Grand Case was exceptional. Yoga classes at L’ Esplande most days - will post current schedule in pics. Chair deals with lunch purchase but lunch is pricey. Small market in village (fresh baguettes) and supermarket near Grand Case. We plan to book SS9 again next year. Moune and Dominic were very helpful before and during our stay via WhatsApp - Merci Beaucoup!

    We travel to St. Martin at least 1x/year. We have stayed at this property 2x and have loved it both times. Moune and Laurent are attentive hosts who take great care to make sure the property amenities are top notch. We had everything we needed during our 8-day stay. We will always book this property if it's available during our travel dates. Looking forward to returning in 2022!

    The townhouse was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location of the unit was a easy walk to the beach and the village for shopping and dining. It was a pleasure working with Moune & Dominique, they are the perfect hosts. Our rental car was arranged though Dominique and it was at the unit upon our arrival. We look forward to returning.
