Clean, pleasant, functional with adequate kitchen gear. Great view of beach and passage of storms to the west. Convenient on 1st floor, fewersteps to reach the beach. Elevator and laundry near our unit. Keypad entry was wonderful. Nice place for our family.

We loved sitting outside to watch the sunrise, eat meals, and just relax. The closeness to the beach was very convenient. Our condo was very spacious and our kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. We would stay there again though.

The beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was just as good as Ocean Front in my opinion. I cant wait to stay again

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 3rd time renting for sea master in garden city. It typically was a good family vacation spot. Lot of young families, kids etc. The last time we went it was senior trip week and about 150-200 teenagers invaded the beach, underage drinking, swearing, loud and obnoxious etc. So I would advise not to go first week in June but I am not sure when the teens won't be there during the summer.
