Sea Gull Condominiums unit 503 is ideally located on the fifth floor providing exceptional panoramic views of Mustang Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are “on the beach,” with access just a few steps across the boardwalk. Towels are provided for both the beach and the pool!

Watch the sun come up over the Gulf from our private balcony as you sip your morning coffee from our bar-height Adirondack chairs. Listen to the ocean's soothing roar as you relax with your favorite beverage in the evening.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental sleeps 4 and has been recently remodeled. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The bedroom features views of the resort pool as well as views of the gorgeous sunsets across Corpus Christi Bay. The bathroom has a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

From the living room you can enjoy the views of the beach and the ocean. It features a 55 Roku smart TV with sound bar for your viewing pleasure. There is a new queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
