Seagull Condominiums unit 102 is a 1st floor beautiful vacation rental. The remodeled open kitchen has granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar which allows you to view the Gulf as you prepare your catch from Port Aransas fishing adventures. Both bedrooms have views of the gorgeous resort size pool. There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Stayed Feb 14, 2025The condo unit was lovely. The one issue at present is the renovation construction going on at the property. This was revealed to us only after booking. But because we stayed on a weekend vs. weekday, (contractor does not work on weekend), we had minimal impact other than some areas not being accessible. But alternate routes were no real issue.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024I thought the condo was very clean, well equipped, and i appreciated that there was coffee already there so i could postpone my dreades trip to the grocery store. I loved the easy access to the trash and pool. I would recommend staying here and had no negative experience here. Condo staff were very friendly and helpful.
