Stayed Jul 5, 2025Clean, well maintained condo, beautiful view of ocean. Very short walk to beach access and pool. Never did find plates but otherwise well stocked kitchen (& we brought paper plates anyway!) Convenient washer and dryer. Hope to return next year!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The condo was in excellent condition. The renovations where done with taste. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise was exquisite. After a day at the beach, sitting on the balcony and drink a cool libation and watching the beaching crowd was super relaxing.If you want to stay in a great beach condo, contact Inter coastal Realty in Carolina beach and ask for Sea Colony 14-B. You will not regret you choice. I'm saying this because I'm a repeat renter. OH!!!! one other thing. The condo has its own under-building parking space big enough for two vehicles.
