Stayed Jan 6, 2024We stayed for one month and really enjoyed the property. Quiet area with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the bike trail. Our host was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay.

Stayed Jul 26, 2023Very clean, a short walk to the beach, and watching the dolphins and manatees off the balcony was awesome! The kitchen has been updated nicely since the photos were taken. Overall a decent place with nice views and easy beach access!

Stayed Jun 13, 2023Property was clean, had a newly remolded kitchen. Property manager easy to work with. Was able to get an early check in. Great location to the beach, Clearwater, John's pass and St. Pete's. So much to do. Not a tourist area so the beach is semi private. This is our 2nd time going through this property manager. They are very easy to work with. Only thing we had problems with were figuring out the TVs. Each one had two remotes and were difficult to work otherwise it was great. I would highly recommend this place. Can't wait till next year.

Stayed May 2, 2022The fifth floor view of the inter coastal was wonderful. During our stay there was a SpaceX launch which left some beautiful white formations in the sky. I couldn’t figure out what I was seeing until I read a news article about people as far away as Savannah seeing similar things. It was super fun to watch all of the animal and human activity on the water. Walking out the condo’s main door you see a great view of the gulf! The walk to the beach was short but the ice shop was too close! ? The unit has plenty of comfy living room seating and a dining table. The kitchen is tired but we weren’t making any gourmet meals so it was ok. The second bedroom is cramped with the two beds and could use some updating. Luggage racks for suitcases would be helpful. The pool is nice and very clean and I wish I had used it more. If we had questions or needed anything at all Kristin was super easy to work with and very friendly.
