Beautiful property and location. Condo was very well stocked and furnished very nice. Got to see the sunrise and got a dolphin show, amazing. We will be back again soon!

My sister and I spent a long weekend in this incredible condo. First it’s beautifully located on the oceanfront so there are spectacular views. Then everything in the condo is of such high quality and comfort. The kitchen is well stocked and perfectly organized. We loved everything about this condo and hope to return.

We loved our week in this condo. The layout, furnishings, entertainment options, and comfort were top notch. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning, noon and night. The complex is small and well maintained. The pool was perfect for our kid to play around in, while we sunned on the deck. It's also located close to the Publix grocery, mini-golf, local restaurants, and the Wright Brothers monument. One note - the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need, everything!

Very nice spot. Initially there were no blankets needed because it was quite chilly. Also WiFi not working and there was no response from property managers. Property Mgt email not clear about signing lease and check in procedures. However once we got information it was very easy. Thx.

Great location and up-to-date, well appointed condo. Building elevator makes it easy to unload the car. Interior doesn't look like time has stood still since the 60s. Has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. My only small complaint, and this is a fault of the building's design is that we had heavy walkers above us. I am a very light sleeper and that woke me up nightly. Positives: - Near central location to get to Duck or Manteo with ease. - Built in 2015 so it's a brand new compared to other rentals - Luxury interior with granite tops, hardwood floors - Poly-resin patio furniture that's comfortable - Owners have stocked it with everything including a cart to carry things from your car - ELEVATOR! enough said - Nice pool, clean and modern - Keycode access. No forgetting the key. - Spacious parking lot; covered spot for renter Negatives - Floors are not insulated (well) and heavy footsteps are audible. - Water flushing from toilet above audible in the guest bedroom wall - Only 2nd level condos have direct access to the beach from their patios. Third and fourth have to go to garage level and out a locked gate to access the pool / beach. A challenge if you have to run to the potty. The positives far out weigh the negatives, which were minor gripes. However, for those who are NOT noise-sensitive, you'll find no issue staying at this beautiful rental.

We had a great time in the Outer Banks. The condo was gorgeous and so centrally located it was easy to get anywhere. It had everything you could possibly need and was beautifully decorated. Would recommend this condo complex to everyone.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for two couples - right on the beach with fantastic views. The kitchen was well stocked and a great size to make Thanksgiving dinner. Nice location near shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend the C-view Condo.
