Santa Barbara Retreat w/ Rooftop Terrace Sleeps 4

The home was beautiful and is in a great location. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.

Property is very nice, with a secure garage below the two living levels. Location is great - close to the 101 for any traveling and a short walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants. We were very happy!

Had an amazing weekend, place was perfect for a family gathering. Large kitchen, table and living room, great place to hang out. Loved the spacious bedrooms, rooftop views and the beautiful courtyard. Location can’t be beat - we will be back!

The property was all that we could ever need. The location was beautiful. I have stayed at several properties in SB and this was the best.

We absolutely loved this place the first time so obviously we came a second time. What went wrong with our stay the second time though is that the unit that is adjacent to this one started construction (hammering) at 730am in the morning every single morning we were there. We left a day early since it was really killing our relaxing vacation vibe.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mykonos apartment in Santa Barbara! The location was perfect…within walking distance of great restaurants, beach, and transportation. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely return!

We loved this property. Specifically,the location as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The views from the rooftop deck were stunning, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean, modern and spacious. The tub in the master was a dream after a day of walking! There are several flights of stairs in this home. From bedroom area to main living area and again to deck. The only improvements we could suggest would be perhaps a redo on the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. They were definitely looking very worn.and discolored we did have some issues communicating with the company when it came time to receive information on how to get inside this home. I had a lot of back-and-forth and still didn’t receive what I needed. Perhaps I was asking a bit too early, but we were actually on our way to Santa Barbara and still hadn’t received the information. Eventually, all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara.

Property was just as described. Walking distance to all things, Santa Barbara! Just two blocks from the beach, a short walking distance to Stearns wharf and also short walk to State Street. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding and this property was perfect for us! The location is great and very walkable to the funk zone as well as the beach. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures on the listing. Lastly, the communication was very prompt from the host which was always appreciated!

Absolutely lovely place. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Great location… you can walk to the waterfront and to State street. Nice relaxing weekend.
