Sanibel is low-density complex which means finding space at the pool and getting off and on the elevator is refreshingly easy to do. Do you enjoy fishing boating kayaking swimming and walks on the beach There is a fishing pier on Little Lagoon right outside. Beach access is about a 5 minute walk and nearby to restaurants like the iconic Hangout and Bahama Bob's.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. No pets are permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. Monthly rental rates available.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
