Sanibel 1003 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo with STUNNING views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 10th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away.

    Wow! What a beautiful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beach! Well stocked and very comfortable with easy access to the beach. Property was well maintained! My new favorite happy place!
