Reviewer Comments: I've been renting from Subbs Rental for over 15 years, and Kevin, Tyler, and Jennifer have consistently been fantastic to work with. They are quick to return calls and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled smoothly. The unit is very clean and organized, with everything I need for a comfortable stay. The views of the Pacific Ocean and the sound of the breaking waves are outstanding. The unit could use some refreshing, especially the main bedroom rug, and it would benefit from a new coat of paint and newer furnishings. If those updates were made, this unit would be my first choice.

The views from the balcony and main bedroom were fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the waves and the surfers and sunsets in the evening. The condo was very comfortable and the access to the beach was awesome. The area was convenient and there are lots of places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. Check-in was a breeze and staff was very friendly and professional. Rental had lots of beach accessories. Look forward to coming back in the future.
