Quaint and quiet. Very relaxing.

Loved the beach rental condo. It was clean and it had everything we needed to have a great vacation! Coligny plaza was close with many options for shopping. The beach was a short walk and was visible from our patio. The owner communicated with me quickly. Overall, a great experience!

My wife and I chose this spot for our 26th anniversary. I am so glad. It as affordable, clean, quiet, short stroll to the beach, swimming pool, & great communication with the rental lady, Kendall. We will stay here again in the future.

Great location with proximity to beach and a nice ocean view in the distance over the lot. Close bike paths and a very quick pedal (or walk) to dining and shopping at Coligny. This unit was just enough space for 2 adults. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and a dinner and had the essentials we needed.

The property has newer appointments and was very comfortable. We loved the direct access to the beach. Easy to get to everything else - groceries, restaurants, shops.

Very nice place with everything we needed for our stay. Linens, beach chairs and bikes are ready to enjoy. It is a short walk to Coligny circle, which we did almost every day. A notebook with condo instructions, restaurant suggestions and things to do suggestions was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed Sandy Feet. There were many helpful things to use at the beach which was nice since we flew to Savannah. There was no umbrella but you could rent one on the beach. The place was very clean and well stocked. We thought the nicely decorated cookies when we checked in was a special surprise.

Great condo, easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and more! We have a great time.

Unit was clean and perfect size for 2 people. Within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Beach access right on property too. Bikes included was a bonus.

From booking to leaving, Kendall was wonderful to work with! The unit was very clean and the perfect setup for our trip. We loved being so close to the beach (even though it was very cool) and Coligny Plaza had great options for dining and shopping. We hope to return soon!

Apartment is perfect for a couple. Newer Apartment sized appliances, well-stocked kitchen. Shower was amazing with GREAT water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Not sure what they clean with, but it is a very light clean scent I would love in my own home. Close beach access for , bicycles included in rental. Amazing view of ocean from balcony, and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed in this location several times in various villas. Kendall is always very accommodating and always responds to any inquiries quickly. We really enjoy being near the beach and Coligny. Thanks again for another great stay!

Our accommodations were perfect for our first stay in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
