Stayed Oct 15, 2025Very nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we were thankful for a well equipped kitchen. Views were amazing.Only negative was there was no directions to the main tv along with the 3 remotes provided. Management was able to assist us but would be helpful for all your visitors in the future. Look forward to a return trip next year.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here frequently over the past 30 yrs. Recommended to family and friends which equates to at least 6 rentals per year. First time encountered no smoking in or around beach chairs. We are very mindful of others and would never expose neighbors to our smoke based on wind direction and speed. Will not be recommending in the future and will find other accommodations, thought we were coming to Florida and not California.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time staying at Gulfgate and our 3rd Unit we've stayed in. The units are always SPOTLESS when you first walk in and have every amenity you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Gulfgate is centrally located to all restaurants and attractions in Destin and nothing is usually more than 10 minutes away.
