Stayed Jul 18, 2025Overall for the price of a one bedroom it was disappointing. The refrigerator froze everything even on the bottom shelf. The air conditioner froze the living room however the bedroom never was cool. It stayed warm. The blinds in a few wi does were destroyed by a prior guest. I’m guessing their pet destroyed them. There is no type of Tupperware or storage type dishes for leftovers or to take to the beach.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025They had a lot of stains on both of the couches and the handle to the shower was broken and would come off if you were not careful.

Stayed May 25, 2025It is a cute little condo and we had a great time. I would recommend since there is no washer dryer that maybe beach chair set up could be included to add a little extra.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Lost power for over 8 hrs on Jan 2. Had to go to a hotel. No reimbursement. Won’t ever use Southern Vacation rentals again.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Everything was as expected except the toilet and mold on balcony rails. They both need to be replaced. The toliet would not flush good at all.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Very nice and clean. Great location and area near the beach. Could have used more washclothes as we only had 2. Laundry was pay per load which was not described to us prior. Wifi and network for internet and tv were poor. And the toilet did not flush well. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.
