Stayed Oct 4, 2025Amazing spot! You can literally walk out the patio and your feet are in the sand — doesn’t get better than that. East Destin is beautiful, peaceful, and close to great spots like Marina Café and Harbor Docks. The first night our A/C went out, but the property team handled it quickly and even offered compensation afterward. Excellent service, unbeatable location, and a perfect beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 5, 20252nd time staying at this property, stayed 4 years ago. New vinyl floor instead of carpet was nice, wish they would update some of the amenities. Place was clean and we love the location, being in the sand right off the back steps. Would stay here again!
