The bedroom area has a queen size bed on a 17” platform frame for under bed storage. Other amenities are a five drawer chest of drawers and two night stands topped with touch lamps with a wireless charging station and USB ports. Best of all, enjoyyour favorite movies and shows on the 50” wall mounted Smart TV on the opposite wall. The ceiling fan with attached lighting gives you the feeling of the breeze from the Gulf of Mexico. Close the blackout drapes to block the morning sun and sleep as late as you desire.

The sitting area has two chairs with ottomans, a side table and a floor lamp. Again, enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the 43” wall mounted Smart TV on the opposite wall.
Yes! This unit has two TVs on wall mounts that pull forward, move right or left and tilt. Perfect to watch multiple football games or news channels.

The kitchen area is a cook's dream with additional granite counter tops, storage space, an oversized sink and pocket lighting over the counter tops and range. The stainless steel appliances include a French door refrigerator, with a water dispenser and bottom drawer freezer with an ice maker, full size dishwasher, 30” range and vent-hood/microwave combo. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cookware, Corningware and utensils. Put the dishwasher to full use using the eight serving piece setting of Corelle dishes, platters and serving bowls. Enjoy your morning coffee and meals sitting at the built in breakfast bar with pendant lighting.

The bathroom has a double vanity, a large tiled walk in shower with a built in bench, shower wand and overhead lighting. There are two face towel rings and for wet towels and swim suits, there is a towel bar, towel rack and an over-door hook.

You have the use of the washing machine and clothes dryer, located in the closet in the entry hallway.

Unit 427 has some of the best views available. You have an excellent view of the pool, beach and entry to the ship channel. Watch ships from all over the world move into the ship channel on their way to the port of Corpus Christi. On busy Port days, you can see the ships lined up waiting for entry. Enjoy the views from the wall to wall glass or the private balcony. Enjoy the Gulf breeze sitting on one of the two Adirondack chairs with a table for your drinks or at the bar height 3 piece bistro set.
