Stayed May 20, 2022Where to start! We booked a king suite that faced the sunrise on the beach. We got there at at check in time and we were told our room was already booked to someone else. As they were trying to put us in a queen room facing the parking lot and I was not happy with the queen room she was trying giving me, someone in one of the offices heard the conversation and came out in the lobby to say no it was not already booked it was electric problem. Then said best they can do is a queen room facing the pool. Not at all what we wanted or needed. My husband is 6' 4 so the bed was not good for us, no sunrise coffee. But we had no choice at this point so we check in.. Now we wait because that room is not ready! We finally get in and the they are still in the room cleaning windows! The whole place need the floors cleaned And! And then to top it all off, what do we see?!? People going in and out the suite we booked and sitting on the balcony. All lies about the electric problem!! Bad customer service!!!

Stayed May 22, 2022We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is lovely, and well equipped, but the view is so breathtaking! The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the air was not coming on. The maintenance crew promptly arrived and fixed the problem. We will definitely be back to the same spot! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
