We love coming here for the New Year holiday. Kitchen has everything we need, rooms are spacious and clean. Love the decor!

We loved everything about the place! Location, space, decor, the everyday staples and coffee ready and waiting for use.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING PROPERTY, GREAT LAYOUT, SUPPLY OF BEACH CHAIRS, BOOGIE BOARDS, TOYS, ETC WAS GREAT! EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN KITCHEN! PERFECT SIZE AND LAYOUT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 8-WILL DEF BOOK AGAIN! ONLY SUGGESTION-AND NOT A COMPLAINT BY ANY MEANS-IS MAYBE A FEW MORE BATH TOWELS

This was an absolute gem!!! The owner was wonderful and very helpful when I had questions. This condo was fantastic; best place I have staying in a long time. I definitely will be back. Perfect location; beautiful condo; wonderful amenities and excellent place. Thanks for making this vacation and stay perfect. Can’t wait to come back. I definitely will be making the drive from Wisconsin again!!!

Clean and spacious. Great location. The pool table kept everyone occupied on a cold afternoon!

The condo has many great qualities. It was very clean and the beautifully decorated; it has an extremely well stocked kitchen; and the proximity to the beach is as good as it can get.

The condo was very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and as described. The beach is not crowded here! Owner is very responsive, helpful, and considerate. Very helpful to have baby equipment in the unit. The layout of the condo is very good with lots of room for everyone and fun things to do. However, be prepared for the inconvenience of elevators not working. The location would have been great had the elevator beside the condo been operating. It worked the first day we were there and then was out of order the rest of the week. That added an extra half hour to departure day. No excessive noise from other people and the pool wasn't busy. However, the road noise and the mowing services that started every morning at 7:00a.m. we're quite loud. There seemed to be no sound barrier. Even on the 4th floor they sounded like they were right outside the door.

Beautiful property and everything they claimed. Greg, the host was great!! Answered any questions we had and took care of anything we needed.

The condo was awesome. I highly recommend. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies in good condition. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was an easy location; the beach and little shops were walkable.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The beach was just across the street from the complex and the host supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items perfect for spending an afternoon next to the ocean.

Very clean, kitchen well appointed and so close to the beach Only thing that would have been nicer is more towels for washing up. 100% would recommend to a friend

This place was so clean!!!! It is also stocked with everything you need like beach chairs, toys, pots and pans, etc. The host was so nice and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. I will be going back every year! We loved it!

Easy check-in, great room setup, very clean. Host gave clear instructions. Very close to the beach, nice pool. Very enjoyable stay.

This unit is AMAZING! It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need and then some. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The garage closet was an added bonus! It has everything you would need for a perfect beach day!Having 2 garage parking spaces was another bonus!The pool area is very clean and nice, we unfortunately weren’t able to use it due to the timing of our trip.Greg was fantastic to work with. He responded very quickly when I called about an issue getting in the unit. He also followed up to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This condominium was perfect for our stay. All of the kids asked to come back in the summer.

Unfortunately the pool was not available for use. We were a group of 65. We wish there was a television on main floor living/dining area. We all have issues with stairs and could not utilize the tv in loft. Only one of us made it up there for sleeping. Otherwise, loved the place. Would go again.

This home was a sure fire 10! Comfortable beds, great communication with Greg the Host and the location was perfect for proximity to my High School reunion. Everything was accurately described and it was very hard to leave! Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Beautifully decorated unit and very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked . Beds were comfortable and linens exceptional.The pool is well maintained and easily handicapped accessible. Would definitely stay here again

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is great and it is stocked with anything you could ever need. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy. The extra seating area in the upstairs room was a great hangout space for our girls trip. We appreciated that the owner has chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, and more available for use. The owner had great communication and gave us very clear instructions on how to access the property. We would highly recommend this place for your next trip!

We loved staying here! The condo is awesome. Completely stocked with anything we needed, including sheets and towels. Immaculately clean. All the extra is like a washing machine and a dishwasher. The host was very clear with all information and responded immediately with any question. We may have had. The building itself also clean and everybody was friendly and polite. We absolutely adore Sandbridge Beach. It was our first time here. We cannot wait to return! 10 out of 10 as far as my family is concerned!Cute souvenir shops, pizza & ice cream, and a market all across the street!

We loved this condo! It’s only a couple minutes walk to the beach. It was very clean and had all the needed necessities. They provided dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bunches of pots and pans, top of the line dish washer, washer and dryer, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig machine, crock pot, blender, spices, oils, etc! Don’t bother bringing beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards or even a beach wagon because they have it all! They even left of some microwave popcorn! We had a wonderful vacation and would come back in a heartbeat! The beach here isn’t crowded at all and the sand is so soft you don’t even need water shoes! There are so many places to eat, get ice cream, and to shop within walking distance of this condo that you really don’t need to drive anywhere! I promise, you won’t be disappointed with this condo! Greg is a great host and responded to all our needs!

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Easily slept our group of 8 people. Greg was super helpful and easily reachable. Short walk to the beach. We loved not having to worry about losing a key! It was a beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again.

This unit was everything you want in a vaca rental! Unit was clean and stocked, with plenty to keep you busy. The assigned parking spots were literally right inside the garage, with the beach closet to the right. The elevator was steps away. You couldn't ask for a better location- the beach was right across the street, as well as a little market and restaurant. Walmart and other stores are about 15 minutes down the road. Beach was never too busy to enjoy- we even saw dolphins!! It was nice to be right outside the action of VA Beach proper. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second year at this wonderful condo. Clean and spacious. We love the pool and the view out back. Miss it already and hope to stay again soon. Owner is super responsive and helpful, too.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. We could not have dreamed up a better place to stay. From having all the beach equipment with easy access right at the garage to all the little things you hate to pack. We have 2 teenage boys and the loft was a perfect hangout spot for gaming and was out of the way of adult conversation. The balcony was great. Nice relaxed area with some cute shops and ice cream. The beach was amazing and clean and not over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Location is excellent, the unit is always lovely, plenty of space for all of us, all the beach supplies needed, host is quick to reply. My third time here it’s wonderful.

Perfect quiet location to walk to a few restaurants and not too far to drive to some great ones! Thank you for the beach wagon and chairs! Thought of everything here! Perfect girls weekend place. Beach super close. Easy directions and great communication! Very, very clean!! Will definitely come back!!

This is our third time staying at this condo. Wonderful, clean, comfortable with tons of ammentities. We will be back!Beach front and right by a walk way.

Wonderful condo and we really enjoyed our trip! A couple of issues. The pictures were misleading about the view. We didn't have a good view of the beach and water from our unit. Also toilets are too low for elderly persons to get up from. Would be a great unit for younger families.

Wonderful location, just across the street from the beach. Lots of space. Great for a family with teens. Wonderful storage closet with everything you'd need on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of room for our group of six adults. Excellent location. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to beach. We loved this place.

The pictures do not do it justice. This is. Beautifula nd spacious property directly across the streetbfrom the beach. I loved every moment of my stay. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway, girls trips, or family vacation.

We stayed in this property during colder weather for my daughter's nearby track meet. It is so beautiful and comfortable inside! I can definitely say in warmer weather this place is in a perfect location, though not many food choices in walking distance. You will surely need a car to drive 10-20 minutes to food or stores. The condo was VERY clean, plenty of space for the five of us with my son taking the upstairs loft area. It was nice having some amenities, especially the washer and dryer. With one elevator, one may need to take the stairs during the busy warmer seasons. Would love to come back when it is warm and spend more than 4 days!

Rented this property April 2-6th 2025. Very pleased with our stay. We were in town for a wedding but had time to check out the beach- quick walk from the unit. The condo is nice, clean and in a great location. The host sent all details needed prior to our arrival. We recommend this location.

Nice property and great location.

We loved staying here. It felt like a home away from home. It was so nice to have all the kitchen essentials. We visited mid March and the weather was chilly and windy. We went to the beach one day and utilized the wagon, sand toys, and beach chair that was in the storage closet in the garage. Everyone in my family said they want to stay here again. We will absolutely stay here again!

Came from Boston to Sandbridge for family wedding. Place was spotless, convenient and well accommodated! Would be a fantastic summer spot! Owner was very responsive to ?’s we had before arrival. Many families rented properties in the area for the wedding, have to say ours was the best one. Cleaner than others for sure. No musty smells etc!

This unit is wonderful. It’s clean. It’s spacious. It’s well stocked. We stayed there for Thanksgiving. It was very comfortable. Big kitchen. We loved the area. Easy access to head back to the mainland for essentials but it’s also directly across from the Market so any last minute purchase or need is available. I would return in a heartbeat. Owner is very responsive.

Excellent property… great having three bathrooms… it was a short walk to the beach… great little pizza place/ bar and grill across the street…. Will definitely stay again

Greg was an amazing host. He answered my questions promptly and completely. I asked if we could possibly have an early check-in because of flight times. Greg said he would do his best and he did! We were able to check in early after a long night of flying. The condo was perfect for our large group with ample sleeping arrangements and perfect bathrooms. The condo was in a great location and was stocked with everything we could imagine. We would recommend this condo and host to everyone!
