This is our Happy Place. Located in Sand Dollar Shores. We have everything you need to live comfortably away from home. Our place is located beach front on the 5th floor where you can watch dolphins and sea turtles while enjoying your morning coffee (binoculars included).
We fell in love with Hutchinson Island because it is not commercialized and the beaches are not crowded.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024We enjoyed our stay at “The Happy Place.” Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Location was excellent. Perfect 5th floor location. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets viewed from condo. Loved the pool and the residents were very friendly. Owners were readily available. Condo was stocked with all necessary items. We would certainly love to return someday to “The Happy Place” on Hutchinson Island. George and Kathy
