Sand Dollar 109 is a spectacular GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was pretty good,there were a couple of things they could fix. The air vents were very dirty, the floor wasn't washed or sweeped.The washer was covered in mold. The cleanliness is the only problem with this resort. Otherwise it's a lovely place to stay, very close to the beach with an awesome view.

Reviewer Comments: We have been enjoying our annual visits to the Sand Dollar for quite a few years now - our grandchildren were babies and now young adults! We LOVE the pier and enjoy sitting under it and by it. We have had the same unit now for a few years - we love the decor, the great kitchen island, and also like being on the first floor so we can run up and down to the beach. Liked the new lock system on the room and gate to the beach. BTW love the new color of the building - new sand dollar sign - building looks well maintained.

Met some amazing friends that vacation with us around the same time! Love the staff, amenities, space and the comfort and convenience this condo has to offer! Booked again for next year!

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Sand Dollar for many years and love the apartments and location It is so nice to wake up to the beach and Gulf, a really relaxing break. We first visited with our children now planning to return with the whole family and grandchildren.

Overall the condo and stay was wonderful! The only complaints I have is the master bedroom kind bed has horrible sheets and they fall off constantly. We were also not told the bracelets you get at check in need to be returned or you have to pay $20 per bracelet. Naturally my two youngest children lost theirs and I was not too happy to find that out. I was wondering why most guests didn’t have them on and now I know why. However the location was amazing. The condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

There is concierge service all day seven days a week. The unit that we were in 109 @ sand dollar, was quite beautiful and comfortable. My issues with the unit are: the unit has very few items for use in its kitchen, what there are, are old. There were very few kitchen utensils, only two hand towels and necessary dishes on a very high shelf, where you need a step stool . There was no starter, dishwasher, tablets, laundry soap, or garbage bags. The master bath room was also the guest bathroom. We also didn’t care for the level of noise that the first floor brought as it was right above the swimming pool. You could hear everyone’s conversation. this was just not the right unit for us.
