San Juan Suites -Conservatory - Pet Friendly!

Thanks you so much for the stay. We really enjoyed the suite. The little balcony was an added bonus and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs!!

Last minute Thanksgiving trip to Friday Harbor and this place was perfect. Great location. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect get away. Property was located just steps away from the ferry. Warm and inviting decor, the room had everything we needed. Very convenient location next to shops and weekend activities. We could pop into the room to drop off purchases, change clothes, use the restroom, etc. Would stay here again.

The property was clean and cozy. We had initially only booked a week and we were so sad we didn’t book the property longer. It was functional for my little family of four for our stay. We did run into an issue with the hot water but the maintenance person walked me through what to do and offered to come out immediately, but his suggestion had worked so all was well! The onsite laundry is a huge plus as well. We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future!

Perfect location, right in the middle of town - easy to walk to several restaurants and the local, excellent grocery store. Very nice property.

Super clean, very nice bathroom, and very convenient location. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with, check-in and parking was easy enough. Listing is 100% accurate. Icecream shop downstairs! I would definitely recommend this property!

This place was perfect for my husband, me, and our mini golden doodle. Location is right in the center of restaurants, shopping, and a block away from the harbor.The space went beyond our expectations (bigger and spacious). If we ever come back to San Juan Island, we are staying here :)

We have visited this location numerous times over the years (High Seas, Northwest Passage, Valley Farm), yet we have never stayed in the Conservatory. We appreciated the spacious studio, which boasts an excellent location, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and ample space to relax. Our only complaint is the noisy and uncomfortable inflatable mattress. A sofa sleeper would have been significantly more comfortable and preferable. Those inflatable mattresses detract from the otherwise beautiful experience of the condo. We kindly suggest that you consider replacing one of the couches with a sofa sleeper (this suggestion is also applies for the other condos in the unit). It would make for a much more enjoyable stay. Otherwise, everything else is exemplary.

This property is a wonderful place to stay with one exception. Unfortunately, an assumption that a jetted soaking tub could be filled with hot water and enjoyed is not the case. The water heater seems to be undersized and inadequate, therefore not filling the tub enough to submerge a 5‘,7“ human into also cannot take a shower for an hour after.

This property worked very well for us (couple and dog) for a four day stay in Friday Harbor. It was modern, clean and spacious. It is a very short walk to numerous restaurants, market, and harbor.

Comfortable, clean place. Would not recommend for 4 people. Sleeping on an airbed would not be my idea of fun. Fortunately there were just two of us so it was just right.

We take our dog on a 2 week vacation every year, this year he chose San Jaun Island. The ease of being right in town and close to Sunken Park and the water front was perfect. Most restaurants being dog friendly is also a plus. We found multiple places to hike and enjoy the scenery… It was an awesome 2 weeks!!!

Really easy to get to and from the ferry terminal, as well as other destinations within Friday Harbor. Being so close to the port, it's a bit noisy at times as folks are going about their early morning deliveries. It is very walkable and spacious, I would stay here again.

The location is wonderful in downtown Friday Harbor allowing you to walk to most places you want to go, however, there is one big problem... I urge you to read the listing VERY carefully.It is advertised as sleeping 4 people, however, there is a large king bed to sleep 2 adults comfortably and the only other sleeping arrangement is a blowup mattress that must be only full-size because my teenaged son and I had to share that mattress, and although it was as comfortable as an air mattress can get, it was not large enough for 2 adults (my son is basically adult-sized). I paid a lot for this rental, which was quite expensive, and I would’ve appreciated knowing that the air mattress was not going to be large enough for 2 normal-sized adults.The other thing you should know is that the quarters are very close together and must not have great insulation in between the walls because there was a noise complaint by someone next to us when 2 of my teen girls were watching a movie. They claimed we were having a “party”. And these 2 teenage girls are bookworms, honors students (not typically loud teens). It was a very strange complaint to receive because they are usually very quiet. So I think them just talking & laughing about the movie must have been loud to the neighbors. Just be aware that you need to be fairly quiet here.I do not recommend bringing 4 people, like it says you can, unless 2 of them are small children to sleep on the air mattress. It was a big disappointment for us immediately.Would not rent this place again (for 4 people).
