Stayed Sep 7, 2024Arrived on 9/7 and was able to check into property before noon (directly with property). Randall and Michael communicated well prior to check in for what to expect. The 1 bedroom suite has everything you need and makes the most out of a small space. In the bedroom, you can't hear much noise coming from the living area. That's nice if traveling with people on different sleeping schedules or light sleepers. The bedroom bed was comfortable. The sofa bed is better than others. Housekeeping is as needed. The room has a bin for trash and a recycling bag. Get past the welcome kit desk's sales strategies and anyone can have a five star stay here. Be firm with declining their offers and it'll be a quick conversation. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with ample F&B options and cable car access within a safe block or two walk. Waymo (the robotaxi) doesn't drop off / pick up directly in front of the property (Uber / Lyft will pick up / drop off in front of property) when setting the pick up / drop off as the property's address. However, the nearest pick up point is just a minute walk.

Stayed May 18, 2024We stayed at the Club Wyndham on Nob Hill. The suite was excellent! The full kitchen with laundry in the suite made our stay easier, no looking for restaurants for every meal or sharing laundry facilities with other guests. The location was perfect for our trip. I would recommend staying at the Club Wyndham.

Stayed May 6, 2024The cleanliness was a pleasure to experience. The technology needs a refreshing, to watch a movie l had to ask a a DVD from the front desk, not bad but a little bit stuck in time.
