San Carlos 809 | Gulf-Front + Pool, Sauna & Fitness

Absolutely beautiful property with an incredible view and large balcony. Very clean. Located in a convenient location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again. My only recommendation is to add a ledge or a shower caddy in the master bathroom so there is a place to store your soap and shampoo.

Excellent communication. Room was clean and perfectly decorated. Amazing view! Able to see sunset and sunrise from lanai!!! Great location. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Nice kitchen. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in master suite. Only recommendation - provide adequate toilet paper/ paper towels and dish detergents appropriate to #people and #days reserved.

Great location for the shrimp festival.

The property was very clean and nice. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Overall, a great place to stay would recommend this.

Nice and pleasant stay

Enjoyed our whole experience. Check in was a breeze, property was clean and well taken care of. The condo itself was clean. Everyone was friendly, parking was easy, spaces were large enough to get in and out.The only thing I would say is at one point the pest control guy walked into the condo and was startled because someone was supposed to let us know he was coming and they didn’t let us know. However, that was not a really big issue it just would’ve been nice to have been informed prior to him arriving. On that same note, I’m happy to know that they spray for pests and I didn’t see any bugs or anything the whole time we were there.

Very easy check in, condo was beautiful. Location was convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Have already recommended this condo to friends.

This was a great condo to stay in! Very spacious and well kept. The only thing I’d suggest is more blankets for the beds. We didn’t have enough provided for the trundles and had to use travel blankets we brought with us. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Perfect location in Gulf Shores!

Condo was very spacious with easy beach access and an amazing view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary cookware and dinnerware. Within walking distance of local restaurants and stores. Would definitely consider booking again.

Loved this condo so much, the unit has been updated, you can't beat the view. Easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Walking distance to entertainment. I would stay there again for sure.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and The San Carlos was a perfect place to stay. Great location near plenty of restaurants and shops. The pool was perfect, loved the partial canopies to stay in the shade even while in the pool. We'll be back!

Loved the condo. The jacuzzi tub was not clean. when it was turned on, a lot of trash came out.

Grad gift. Location great. Unfortunately first couple days affected by Hurricane Florence but made best of it.

Overall stay was good. The 809 San Carlos unit was exactly as advertised, clean, large and roomy, many amenities, with a very large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with white sandy beaches. The check in and check out process was very easy. The only slight drawbacks to the property such as the following: 1. If parking is full at condo property you have to park across the East Beach Blvd. 2. If you are a big and tall person like me, the master bedroom bed is too soft and the mattress needs to be more firm. The other beds were about the same. 3. Other rentals we had in past included beach chairs and umbrellas for their guests. This one you have to rent them daily and they are taken up at 5 pm each day. We loved the pool right on beach and ease of beach access. The staff at San Carlos was excellent as well and very professional especially at check in desk. Thx for making a nice visit to Gulf Shores

Beautiful property and great location

We were very pleased! The condo was was very clean and beautifully decorated. The workout room and pool were very nice. The only things I would change would be the sliding door to the balcony In the master bedroom wouldn’t open and the mattresses were cheap and soft with a dip in the master one. We would definitely stay here again, especially if these items were fixed. The elevators were great too.

The accommodations are excellent. Everybody that I dealt with was wonderful. I highly recommend. It is a little slice of paradise.
