Reconnect with yourself at San Carlos 1205... a lush paradise of unsurpassed elegance. Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 15th floor 1419 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. For your entertainment pleasure this unit boasts a 65 Smart TV in the living room a 65 Smart TV in the primary Bedroom and the guest Bedroom has a 42 Smart television. The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a Keurig coffee maker. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features professional décor upscale furnishings and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays November to March 1. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No Smoking Common Areas Pool Hallways Parking Decks Balconies etc. A smoking area is on the east side outside the 1st floor parking garage.

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    We'll visit again....the condo was well appointed and clean. We love the San Carlos and would recommend it to others.

    We love the San Carlos and this was suppose to be a premier property but was not as nice as the property we had last year (2022). We had no remote for the TV in the living room and we could not use the DVD player because the cord to it was broken. A chair in the dining room was broken. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was broken until my husband fixed it so we could use it. None of the clocks were working until we put batteries in one of them so we could see the time. Also the lighting in the bathrooms was absolutely terrible. I could not even see to floss my teeth or do makeup. Some of the lightbulbs were burned out but even if all the lightbulbs were working it would still have been bad. This could be just a personal preference thing but it was very annoying. I will be very careful in the future about properties that are listed as premier properties. Like I say I love the San Carlos and are rental last year was perfect but I was disappointed this year.     This is our second year staying at the San Carlos and we enjoyed it. The check-in process was a breeze, our condo was ready before the scheduled time. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, etc. The condo was clean and maintained well.

    Several items on the property needed repairs. Toilet seats & handles loose, mattress on double bed needs replaced, several light bulbs needed replaced, 2 electric can openers (neither worked), handle on sliding door needs replaced, too much furniture on patio.

    We had a great time and fortunately for us the weather was perfect all week. Overall the condo was great, with plenty of room for us and the kids to get around. Our only major complaint with the complex was the parking. You are allowed two parking passes, however there are not enough spaces to accommodate those passes. They have additional parking across the street for overflow parking, but if you come back to the condo anytime after 7pm, just expect to park across the street because everything will be taken. It was very disappointing to spend that much money and often times be forced to park across the street. To make matters worse, it’s a pretty busy street with no crosswalk anywhere near the condo. You either must take a very lengthy walk down the street to find a crosswalk, or you take your chances with traffic. And considering we were traveling with a 7, 6 and 2 year old, taking our chances with traffic wasn’t something we were interested in doing. Again, we loved our stay once we were in our room, but having to worry about parking everyday was certainly something that we could have done without. If we ever come back, I would experiment with other buildings before going through that again.

    First time using an air b-n-b. I was pleasantly surprised with the check in process and the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. The condo is exactly as pictured. We had 6 in our group we had enough room and privacy. The grounds around the building were always free of debris and clean. There was a constant presence of security and they we're always friendly. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, cups and utensils. Beautiful view of beach front from the balcony and the condo was just a 5 minute walk to the Hangout, which our teens loved. We would definitely recommend unit 1205!

    We had a wonderful time! The rooms were exactly as pictured. The sand was perfect and you don't need water shoes like everyone told me you would. The lounge chairs on the beach were very pricey at 36.00 for two chairs and one umbrella per day. We just used our beach chairs. We will stay here again for sure.

    My family had an amazing time in this beautiful condo. It was clean, everything worked well, and the beds were sooooo comfortable. San Carlos did not disappoint. The only complaint I have is towards Hurricane Nate for making us leave early. We will definitely be staying here again!
