'Salt & Light' Oceanfront Condo w/ Pool & Elevator

The condo was absolutely perfect! Great location, amazing views, and the owner checked in with us before, during, and after to make sure we had the best experience possible! I highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!

Place wasn't run down with old photos. Elevator was nice for luggage. Beach wasn't over crowded. Wish there was more food options but grocery was close and it was worth the stay. Customer service 110%

What a wonderful place to stay at the beach! ‘Salt and Light’ condo was beautiful!It is so beautifully decorated and has all upgraded appliances and furniture. Being on the top floor offers amazing views. The elevator is very helpful for taking up groceries, luggage and for anyone who has trouble navigating up stairs. Conveniently located as you come into Ocean Isle. It is next to the pier, and across the road is a miniature golf course, restaurant, and beach shops. Even with these conveniences, it is very quiet in the condo. We have rented many condos and homes but I have to say the host and owner of ‘Salt and Light’ is the best we have ever had the pleasure of renting from! She is so helpful, kind, and always ready to assist you with anything you need. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and wants her guests to have the best experience possible. If you are thinking of renting, don’t hesitate! This is a wonderful place to vacation and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time, relaxing in this very comfortable condo. Love that it has an elevator. That was a sweet treat. Everything was clean. It was a comfortable place to be. I would definitely come back again. The only thing to be aware of is no bathroom on the second floor where two of the bedrooms are located. It was not a problem for us.

There was nothing better than getting up in the morning and opening the curtains to a beautiful view of the beach. Having coffeee on the balcony was the perfect beginning to the mornings of our holiday. Any problems i.e the lift not working was rectified in a matter of hours even thought it was on a Sunday! Instructions for everything needed to know was clear and concise. Would defintely stay again and recommend to others.

We had such an amazing week in this condo! Ocean front and right across the street from putt putt golf, a great playground, ice cream, Drift coffee shop, and a couple of stores. The condo itself was beautiful and the owners were very responsive. This is actually our second.stay in their exact condo and it won’t be our last!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this listing and host. This condo is perfect for a young family - we took our two year old twins. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with a balcony that is better than sitting on the beach and a well-stocked and convenient beach closet. The location is ideal - right in the center of the island near the pier and walking distance to Drift Coffee and an amazing park and playground. There was an insignificant issue that I mentioned to our host, and she had a maintenance team there within 15 minutes. I will absolutely book again.

We traveled to Ocean Isle for our daughters high school graduation celebration. We cannot say enough good things about this condo and location. The host is amazing and checked in before and throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected, and it was better than expected. The Ocean Front condo offers great views of the beach, surf, and pier from the 3rd floor location. The location of the condo is incredibly convenient to the main entrance into Ocean Isle. It is next to the pier, and easy walking distance to mini-golf, ice cream and a few local restaurants. We had a wonderful time and almost never needed our car to go anywhere. The condo itself is incredibly clean, updated, and cozy. There are (2) bedrooms on the second level with (2) beds in each and (2) bedrooms on the first level with a King in the primary and a Queen in the guest room. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and other items and offered a great place to cook meals in as needed. The living area was a great place to relax and enjoy some cold air conditioning as a reprieve from the heat of the day. The balcony area offers (2) great seating locations with hightop chairs to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or catch the cool night breeze off of the ocean. Additionally, their is a first floor storage area with beach chairs, bikes, and other beach items which are very thoughtfully provided by the owners. Overall, this location will be a go to anytime we visit Ocean Isle.
