St Marteen 1202 Silver Shells Resort,Destin

The kitchen was well stocked for our group of 7. King bed rooms were spacious. Easy to get to all amenities on the property. The assigned parking spot in garage is difficult. ( I believe others have commented on this as well). We ended up parking outside in overflow parking.

We had some trouble getting in but manger was very helpful in assisting us. The Location was Perfect. The Property was keep very clean. So was the beach. The beach wasn't crowded when we were there the first week of October. Water was clean and no waves the first 4 days waves picked up the next couple days. Temperature were in the high 80s and sunny every day. Was nice they have a bar/ tiki hut that had drinks and and small menu that you could get at the pool or beach. Kiddie Pool was fun for the little ones. The Playground was were you could see it from the pool so the kids could play and you could still watch them. Short walk to pool and beach. Showers and wash station at beach and pool. The Condo was nice for a family. Plenty of room for everyone to eat and relax. The view was beautiful for the Ocean. You can't see sunset from room, but they were beautiful from the beach. Condo needed some maintenance but it was nothing that effected our stay. Master beds were comfortable. The twin beds in the third room were not as comfy. Coffee cups are too small for the coffee machine,we went to Walmart that 3 mins down the road the first morning to mugs so we could make coffee. If you have anything delivered you have to meet them because you need a key fob to open all gates and up elevators. Parking wasn't crowded when we were there but they say it can get crowded during peaks. Would recommend staying here.

We vacationed here with our cousins. We had a great time. Property is beautiful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent time and we loved the condo. We had no issues with the condo and enjoyed the view. We will definitely come back next summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The balcony view was stunning, especially at sunset. The host was easy to communicate with and made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

The views from inside and the balcony were absolutely stunning. The Unit was very spacious. It was very private. It was well decorated. It was clean and comfortable. We loved it.

Me and my family stay here August 18 thru 22,2025. This unit was super clean. This condo was decorated beautifully and had such beautifully views.We encountered no problems but when we reach out to the host she responded quickly and was very friendly. This united was very well stockedi will be renting again.

This is a wonderful place. The condo is perfectly located, well maintained and spacious.

We enjoyed the condo. There were a few spots of mold in the dining room and bathrooms that may need attention.

We absolutely loved the location and amenities with this unit! A private elevator to the unit eliminated long waits, a short walk to both the pool and beach, with a beach shack with food/drinks and another on the beach with ice cream and waters. Everything was so close, easy and convenient!

The property was nice. I was very disappointed with what the unit REALLY looked like to what the pictures showed on VRBO. The pics made this place look much bigger than it was. A bit deceiving.Also, applicances were really a mess. The jazzuci's jets did not work. If you are going to have things they should work. Other than the refrigerated all appliances were old and needs to be replaced. Beds could use new mattress's.

Silver shells awesome. Rooms was dirty and very musty, both dehumidifiers were full and off. Umbrella service was horrible, removed chairs 3 times over 3 days at all times of the day

Unfortunately was not able to make it down due to travel cancellations and delays but communication with the host was wonderful leading up to the stay. The checkin was clearly laid out.

We loved this property. We were super thankful we were allowed to early check-in. They reached out to us and let us know that our condo was ready early. We’re from a smaller town in Kentucky so our flights are limited and we were there early and really appreciated being able to do that. It was very clean. The building and condo was very easy to navigate. We were really happy with the stay overall.

This place is safe and secure centered in an area with plenty of great restaurants and other entertainment.

This was our first time to Destin and we really enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean, in a great location, had awesome views and the host was very responsive. We had a minor sink backup and she had someone over within 24 hours to fix it. They have beach towels, two beach chairs with an umbrella, travel size shampoo/conditioner and soap in each bathroom as well as hair dryers in each bathroom. The only minor complaint was that the unit was a little humid but she did have two dehumidifier’s running so it wasn’t unbearable at all. If we end up back in Destin we will definitely be considering this location again! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

My wife and I stayed here with our 7-year old grandson for several days, and then our son and daugher-in-law joined us. We had a good family vacation in the pool and on the beach.

Unbelievable View! Kitchen was stocked nicely to cook . Beds were comfortable. Easy access to beach and plenty of room for a family of 7!

This condo offers ocean views from two of the bedrooms and the living room. Oversized patio to sit and sip while listening to the waves.

Beautiful unit in a great location!

Overall, the condo was great. The only compliant I have is the dark decor of the condo. Again, overall, great place.

We were looking for a space that could fit our family of 4 along with a friend each for our kids. Our other requirement was that it be easy to access the beach and the pool. The Silver Shells checked every box. It was even better as we discovered how close it was to the toll bridge and then saw how many great places to eat there were around including several within walking distance. Our condo was amazing with tons of space, well stocked, and bathrooms for each room. The private elevator made for a lot less wait times going up and down to the pool and beach. The large balcony was great as well for watching the waves roll in. Loved that our car was kept in a covered garage as well. We will definitely be back to the Silver Shells and this condo!
