Enjoy the views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the grand living area through the wall to wall glass windows/doors that overlook the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen contains all new stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, range, vent hood and microwave) and boasts beautiful quartzite countertops and a separate wine and beverage fridge.

The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the ocean and your own private door to the balcony. Sleep in luxury in this king size bed and enjoy the private master bathroom that has an extra-large shower with 2 rain showerheads, large free-standing soaking tub, double vanities with quartzite counter tops and a separate toilet area for privacy.

The second bedroom is spacious and contains two full size beds. The third bedroom holds a king size bed and has its own private full bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms share their own private balcony with amazing views of the city and partial view of the ocean.
