St. Maarten 1207: Beachfront Luxury Condo at Silver Shells Resort

Absolutely wonderful property and we for sure will look to come back. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Walking distance to the Back Porch and local shops access to the beach can't be beat. And we LOVED the beach bar!!! Can't wait to go back.

Destin is my happy place and this condo is beautiful. Conveniently located in the heart of Destin with lots of amenities on grounds. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The rental company was very easy to work with. My one suggestion would be not to have to get your check in packet off grounds. It would be easier if it were left in the condo for the guest. Overall though not a deal breaker and we would stay here again.

Very clean, accurate to listing photos , wonderful amenities , and amazing location. We will definitely be staying here again and with the silver shell resort and spa in general.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean unit. Presents exactly as pictured. Amazing gulf views from large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. Great location and resort amenities. Worked wonderfully for our family of six.

Everything you need - updated & clean!

This property had everything we wanted and needed. It’s one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. The elevator opening into your room was an added bonus. We took our family for a week (all adults), and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property and location. There were a few broken things like the closet door in one of the bedrooms, oven drawer, freezer ice maker didn’t make ice for a few days and frosted over a lot, they said there were beach chairs but there weren’t. But overall, it was a great vacation and a great property. I recommend it!

I recently stayed at this unit and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were great a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing pool area. The location was also perfect to beach with easy access to local restaurants. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Overall, would definitely recommend this Destin property. We had a group of 5 adults, could have easily been comfortable with 6–but no more! Tasteful, updated decor; would have liked to have seen a bit more attention to detail in regard to cleanliness. Was by no means filthy, but everything could have used a thorough go through—furniture, walls, floors—etc. Didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot! Had thought that daily beach service for two was included, but was evidently mistaken. Many other listings do include this at Silver Shells, and is a significant feature—as you cannot utilize personal chairs/umbrellas, and beach service for two is over $60 daily.
