Great place! Would love to stay here again.

This condo was perfect. Let’s start with the parking, it was on the floor below us. So short elevator ride. Stairs were right outside our door, which was very convenient. Three bedrooms three bathrooms were perfect for eight people, never felt crowded. We took our own air mattress, so we didn’t use the fold out couch. The deck had a perfect view of the beach and the pool. The deck furniture is really nice and comfortable. The beach and pool entrance were just two floors down from our condo, Again convenience with the elevator and stairs. The location was great with a store and pizza place across the street. It was a little ways away from the main intersection & traffic (which is a good thing)but not too far from anything. I would check in before going to do grocery shopping, there was a lot of supplies already there. Such as seasonings and coffee. There was a wagon for the beach in the closet we didn’t find until the last day. We had trouble with the internet password, texted our contact and she got back to us within minutes. Everyone we met was very nice, a lot of families. Very sound proof, we never heard our neighbors. I can’t say enough great things.

Great central location. The balcony is much larger than most other places we've stayed. Perfectly equipped kitchen, so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner for two days. There is a store right across the street. Also there are a lot of good restaurants near by. The pool was awesome for the kid. He made a lot of friends.

Love being on a low floor. Made using the stairs, and social distancing, more possible. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is ideal with older kids. Highly recommend this place!

Unit 306 is beautiful. Building has elevator issues.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! Relaxing and comfortable!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, well kept and well stocked. The views are amazing! The master bedroom in the front is a big place so you can see the ocean from bed :) Only draw back to this location - and any unit on this side of the building, is that the pool area is directly below and was very noisy at times.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Right on the ocean, the view is spectacular. The bedrooms were comfortable but a little out-dated. This condo is really a no-frills condo. There were no personal touches, like a welcome basket or coffee for the money. We barely had enough toilet paper for our stay. There wasn’t anything to make us want to come back to this location other than the view and the ocean. There were a few major disappointments: one, the master bedroom shower’s water pressure was so intense that it was like taking a shower with needles stabbing me. There is no way to adjust the spray on the shower head. This was not relaxing at all! Also, having never visited the Gulf Shores before I was unaware that we would need to bring our own beach chairs. There are beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach but they can only be used for a fee. I do not recall seeing that information on the listing and we were Ill-prepared for our trip. I was also very disappointed with the need to purchase a parking permit. We arrived at the end of the week and when we approached the security guard about a parking pass we were told that they couldn’t be purchased until Saturday. They seemed very inconvenienced by needing to provide this for us. It would have been better if there was a parking pass provided that stays in the condo for guests to use.

It was a wonderful trip. I rated it a 4 overall because we had to go to property management office to get a parking pass. No one was on duty to buy a pass until day 4 of our trip. Otherwise a perfect trip.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and perfect for our family. The beach was just steps away and we loves having an indoor pool. We would definitely recommend this condo!!
