Perfect location. Nice condo.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! New upgrades, plus convenience and location make it a must stay. Steps to the beach and the closest to pier in the area…we will stay here again.

Perfect stay. Clean. Wonderful view and beach. Wonderful hot tub and pools. Will come again. Recommend to everyone.

The property instructions were very clear and check in was easy. The whole unit was incredibly clean and very much enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the balcony with the best view ever. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The code did not work when I tried to get into the room at 4:15, had to contact the host to get a whole new code.The door was difficult to open and did not close on its on, kept catching while opening and shutting it. Could use some updated pillows. The bed in the master was comfortable.The full bath in hallway was slow to drain all week, would fill up past your ankles in while showering. The shower in the bedroom did not have much pressure at all. The trash chute was very small so it was hard to disperse trash bags. Overall though was a good location, the balcony was nice to set on in the mornings and evenings. Maybe invest in a single coffee pod maker?? Plenty of dishes to use to cook. All kitchen appliances worked.

Nice condo, clean, everything was as described. Large patio on the beach. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub need updating but the kids didn’t mind. About 15-20 min walk into the heart of gulf shores. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again

Nice accommodations. Great for couples or families with a couple of kids. Easy short beach access. Easy to get to the state park or Orange Beach.

The people at I-Trip were great! The condo was clean and exceeded expectations!!!

Everything was exactly as advertised (or better.) My only complaints are (a) minor (pool access code provided was not correct), and (b) somewhat annoying—there was a chain smoker in the adjacent unit, which disturbed our enjoyment of the lovely balcony.

We loved the location of the condo, it was laid back and not crowded at all with great shopping and restaurants close by. The condo was decent size except the bathrooms, they were way too small. The couch could use a replacement. Everything else was great!

The view is wonderful… had all the necessities!

The condo was very clean. Location was great. Very easy to communicate with owner. Entrance way was small, the bathrooms were small. I wish the bunk beds were in there own room just because they are on the way to the balcony and we have small kids who go to bed early. So once they were in bed we needed to stay in our room as to not wake them. However, It was a great place to stay! I do recommend. Just some of our thoughts. Thanks!

This was a very clean unit-that is most important to us. However, the bathrooms were so small you could barely turn around and you certainly couldn’t share it with anyone. The bedroom is on the front of the unit not the balcony side. It was only my husband and I there so we made do but someone with kids would find it very cramped.

Super clean, friendly property manger, and the 2 full baths was a great feature.

Royal Palms is was nicely situated at the East end of the beach by the State Park. It had beautiful views of the Gulf and the property was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was fine. Management company iTrip was incompetent. Wrong parking instructions, incorrect door entry instructions, wrong entry code for pool.

I must say the view was great the place was nice but the one bathroom off the hallway was not cleaned had hair in tub toilet was not cleaned a dirty towel was hanging behind the door other then that we enjoyed ourselves loved the view
