Royal Marina at The Avalon Clearwater, Spacious Condo with Pool & Gym

This was the perfect spot for our spring break trip to Tampa. We were basically in the middle of the different attractions we wanted to see. Busch Gardens, the aquarium, zoo, and museums were about 45 minutes away, Clearwater beach was less than 30 minutes in the other direction. The pool was a great place down the kids to cool off and play at the end of the day. Publix and Walmart were 5 minutes away. The condo itself had everything we needed and slept a family of four plus my mother very comfortably. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Avalon Royal Marina. It provided everything we needed and then some! Communication was excellent, condo was excellent, area was excellent. We highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were so attentive and willing to work with us on check-in/check-out times. Any time I messaged them they replied within 30 minutes. The condo was clean, had a great location, and was everything we needed for our vacation! I would HIGHLY recommend both this condo and the host!

They provided clear instructions that made Check-in smooth and easy.Overall the property was clean, comfortable, a great location for our needs. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and cooking utensils.

It was extremely clean and felt like you were at home, very relaxing. This place is in a very convenient area for anything you may want or need. The host were extremely nice and very helpful with questions or concerns.

Overall the stay was really nice. The condo was very clean and decorative. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions, which I greatly appreciate. We are thankful that we were allowed to use the beach items as it was so nice not having to buy them! I would suggest they get upgraded in the future. The umbrella kept falling over and one of the chair straps are broken, besides that it was just what we needed. I missed that this was a 3rd floor condo which became a pain walking up three flight of stairs with a 1 year-old and aging parent, but thats on me for missing that. I would also suggest making sure there are plenty of washcloths, there were only 3 or 4 in the entire unit.

We stayed in Clearwater, FL, at a property we found on VRBO, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were incredibly gracious and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience.10/10... Would absolutely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the Clearwater or St. Petersburg area, this is a good choice for value and well appointed unit. The host answered all our questions during the visit.Pluses:- Value- Great host- Roominess- Well-appointed (such as washer and dryer, and kitchen)Minuses:- 10-17 minutes drive to the beaches in Clearwater- The unit is on the third floor and does not have an elevator

The condo was great, very cutely decorated! We loved that there was chairs and umbrella for the beach. Great location. Homeowners were very easy to work with.

The property was located perfectly for us. Very well decorated and felt like I was in a tropical oasis away from my home so it was a good getaway. They had everything we needed and I would stay here again!

Very nice and convenient location. The accomodations were well appointed and comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We found it easier to use the community pool in the late afternoon or early evening as it was full of children from 10am until 4pm.

The condo is in great condition, kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Close to downtown and quick ride to clearwater beach

Really nice 2 bedroom condo. Great location, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Tampa and St. Pete. Near plenty of good restaurants.

We loved our stay at Royal Marina! The unit was clean and well decorated with all the kitchen and bathroom items you could need. The area is secure and only a few minute drive from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and morning coffee on the patio! We can’t wait to go back!

Quiet and cozy! It was perfect

The condo smelled terrible, damp, and the floors did not feel clean. The master bed was very hard, and all of the pillows were completely flat had to use all the pillows in the condo. Got home, and all her clothes and suitcases smelt like the apartment would not stay there again just because of the smell! Everything else in the apartment from the decor, the things that were provided were very good thought it was too much to ask renters to wash beach towels and put back if you use them that was too much they already are washing bath towels they could’ve washed the beach towels. We did abide by the request and washed and dried and folded the beach towels and put them back .

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Marina. The condo was amazing and very home like environment. The pool was just as wonderful. Christian and Christina were great to work with. The property is beautiful. We plan to come back next year.

We enjoyed an excellent two weeks in the Royal Marina condo. The apartment is extremely comfortable very well equipped with all the day-to-day necessities. We particularly liked the nautical theme in the lounge area and the convenience of the balcony facility off the lounge/master bedroom. The condo hosts did an excellent job in preparing the place for our arrival and keeping us informed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. One of the best locations we have stayed at.

We spent a long weekend visiting our son who was working in the area as a traveling welder. The location of this property was perfect for great food, great beaches, & was as. Comfortable as home. Highly recommend stay at the Avalon .
